I bought a 2022 Jeep Gladiator on black Friday, From a great salesman named Sol. He was great! He needs to find a better dealership to work for though! While we was test driving, Sol said the seat belt in the seat he was in was broke. That he would get it fix. After the test drive we seen the bumper was damaged, Sol said it would be fixed. The windshield, trim on the back would also be fixed. I said ok. I did the deal, and met the manager Jazz. I showed him everything, and he said. He was going to replaced the bumper, windshield, seatbelt, and trim. He asked me when I was going to bring it. I told him the date. I brought it to him the morning of that date, and he says. Let me call the recon shop, and get it over there. Then he comes back, and says. They never ordered the windshield. Could I bring it back on 12/18/23, and he will make sure everything gets done. I brought it back on 12/18, and he said, see you tomorrow. I called him on 12/19, and Jaz the manager, said they went to pick it up. So I go up to the dealership, and wait. I see my Jeep pull up, and it looked like crap isn't even the word! Jazz wasn't There. So I called him on his cell phone. He said, what's up Mr. B. I went off! My Jeep wasn't ready. They didn't replace my bumper! They tried to fix my bumper! They got over spray all over my NEW CARAMIC COATED JEEP! WINDSHIELD NOT FIXED! SEATBELT NOT FIXED! PANNEL NOT FIXED! Then another MANAGER came out, and seen the CRAP work, and said he would get it taken care of. JAZZ called me the next morning, and said they was going to take care of everything again. It would be ready in 7 DAYS! I agreed. 7th day come around, I called JAZZ. NO ANSWER. I TEXT JAZZ! NO REPLY! A couple of hours roll by, and my phone rings. Mr. B, JAZZ. MAN YOUR JEEP WANTED BE READY UNTIL NEXT WEDNESDAY. 1/3/24! I went off again! I tell him to get my Jeep ready! i was coming to get it! About an hour later my phone rings again. RODNEY REID THE GENERAL MANAGER. Hello Mr. B. This is Rodney Reid, the general manager. I just want to let you know JAZZ dropped the ball, and didn't order your bumper. That he was going to personally take care of it for me. I felt a little better. So i agreed to let them fix it! That he would not drop the ball like JAZZ. He would touch base with me on this date, and he did. Then on 1/3/24. I go to pick my Jeep up after work. I walk in the dealership. NO ONE WOULD SPEAK TO ME! I walked to the Dodge side, and a salesman walked up to me, and I asked where Rodney office was. HE told me. I was walking back, and JAZZ seen me, and asked where my Jeep was. He said. on its way to the dealership. I walked into Rodney's office, introduced myself. He said it should be pulling up any minute. TO LET HIM KNOW IF THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS. I told him I wanted to see the ceramic coat I just had done, BECAUSE IF I HAD TO GET IT REDONE SOMEONE WAS GOING TO PAY FOR IT! OK LET ME KNOW. At 4:30 my Jeep pulls up. I walk up to the bumper. Looks OK. RUN IN THE CLEAR! windshield done! Panel done! SEAT BELT, NOT DONE! HOOD DULL! FENDERS DULL! JAZZ walks outside. Hows it look? ITS NOT DONE! What do you mean? THE SEATBELT IS STILL BROKE! Then he says, with an attitude. We are trying to fix everything. I told him. You have had my Jeep for 2 weeks. He asked. What do you want me to do. I SAID DO YOUR JOB! Rodney let at 4:45. So I couldn't talk to him. LIKE HE ASKED ME TO DO! I called Rodney this morning, and let him know that my set belt wasn't fix, and they had to used thinner, or something to clean the hood and finders off. He said he was going to call me back, and he did. He asked, If he could get service to give me a call to set up an appointment to have the seatbelt fixed. I told him yes. The he says he talked to the body shop, and they didn't use anything to clean the hood, and finders. That I would have to take care of that. THAT IS ANOTHER 1,100.00 dollars! I have tried to call Matt McKay, and haven't got a response from him yet. May not. BUT I PROMISE YOU I WILL GET INTOUCH WITH HIM, AND WILL

Went to the dealership for a recall on my car. Told the service advisor that it is my main reason for the visit. I also mentioned about something wrong with a parasitic draw coming from my car. I waited seven hours for them to tell me they were done with my car to only find out that they never even touched the recall because the service advisor never put it in. So I had to pay but they never even did the service that I mainly went there for. Then the service advisor Aiden was very unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend going to this dealership for any reason.

1st customer service is very important.....this location has none. My Ford f150 was placed in the shop on a Monday, part promised for Friday with a 1 day repair. Called on Friday and was told part is not here, called on Monday and was told part was there and truck should be ready on Tuesday. Waited a day and called on Wednesday to be told that the part is on back order. What the hell!!!! No one called and when my husband picked up the truck (because he had enough)no apologies, just here is your truck. Horrible is not the word for this place. I take that back... their review is zero!!!!!

My vehicle was sent here by a collision shop to program a couple things the shop couldn't do. They kept it for almost a month just throwing parts at it and finally had it "fixed" when I requested it to be moved to a different dealer. We are still having issues with it and the new dealer is still having trouble diagnosing it because they didn't document all the work they did.

Save your money, time and stress, do not buy here! All promises of good services, free car rental available, etc. When we need it, it is all a different story, all fake promises. After 20 years being a ford client, I am leaving it. No one deserves irresponsibility and careless. Do not trust them or disappointment will be at your way. The good services and care with clients are gone! Very disappointed

If I could give them no starts I would. I took my car in for an oil change, dropped it off around 11am and waited for them to call me, instead I got text saying they emailed me with a quote and what would I like to get done. I called them to let them know there was no email. I left my number with the receptionist because the guy that was working on my car wasn't available. He never called back. Around 4:45pm I called again finally got in touch with him, he tells me they will try they best to have my car ready that same day but if not he will give me a call. I told him to let me know as soon as he can because if not I will be stuck at work. Well I never receive a call so I was stuck at work. The next day still no call so I'm blowing up their phone to see if my car is ready and all I get is they will call you back. Finally at around 2pm the next day they call back and tell me my car is ready. I pick it up everything seems fine and when I'm cleaning it I see a envelope and card I have in the glove box on the floor of the passenger seat. I'm at little confuse because I know I didn't move it. Well I go to put it away and my manual to the car is now missing. They kept the manual to the car. This was by far my worst experience at a Ford dealer ship. Will not be returning .

Terrible Ford dealer. Ford needs to pull all of their allocations from them. Ordered a truck and agreed to pay MSPR, go to purchase and they're want to charge $10k over MSRP. F off. Please save your self money and go buy from MS Ford dealer.

ABHORRENT SALES TEAM!! SHYSTERS!! Was "working" with salesperson since open of business waiting for a call back to purchase a vehicle. Called several times to try to get in touch since they hadn't returned my call. Even texted salesperson and asked to make sure not to sell it out from under me since it was taking so long for a call back. They just so happen to call back an hour after they sold the vehicle. I GOT PLAYED!!! They kept me on the hook until they knew whether or not they were going to make the sale. Terrible business!!! I'll be purchasing my vehicle anywhere but here and will pass along how I was treated to friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle. Was told that the General Manager would be calling me ASAP, I am still waiting on that call...... COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE!! Stay away!!

First and last time dealing with these people. Drive down from MS after being told one thing over the phone. After we arrived something totally different went down. Long story short they were unwilling to drop a $200 fee in order to make a 46,000 sale after telling me yesterday that there was negotiation room in the price. That $200 will end up costing them thousands down the road when my wife gets her expedition somewhere else and my f250 gets upgraded somewhere else. Maybe they will reach out and make the situation right.
