Worst experience EVER with a dealership. One star is way too much for this place! They do not deserve one star. They deserve 5 thumbs down!! Lies upon lies. Our first red flag should have been when we went to see the car I found online and the pics online DID NOT match what we actually saw, which was a scratched up, dented car with lots of defects. I can sit here and write a 5 page essay of our horrid experience with this place over one week with them wasting our time by playing games with us, lying to us, saying the defects we asked them to fix (that they agreed to fix) were getting done and just stringing us along. Only to have them say on "pickup day" that they were not fixing the defects. Unethical on every level. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop here! I can not stress that enough. Save your hard earned money and pass this place completely up!

It's amazing how a price of a vehicle changes by $2000 when you get $2000 more for your trade in. Vehicle price clearly becomes more than what advertised price is after dealer discount not counting any incentives for cash back ext... Living out of state and don't qualify for any of the other cash incentives is a whole other explanation. Dealer advertised discount is clearly stated at $6000 and is a discount that should be honored. The sale price is clearly over the price of the dealer discount price before other incentives. Please make sure you read all the numbers before you sign anything. Lesson learned the hard way with them not caring and saying the deal is done. Also had no problem telling you you won't get licensed plates before temp tags expire but they will pay any and all fines/penalties if you get pulled over because of this.

Great overall experience. They gave me a fair price and the process was quick and painless. I left fully protected on my Jeep and I am thankful for Tray's help making this smooth and fun.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! Took my Ram 3500 in for warranty repairs to my transmission. They failed to put it back together properly and it came apart and did major damage on my ride back home to Atlanta, GA. The GM and service manager didn't want to acknowledge me and it took several weeks to get any answers. They then denied the severity of the damages that were found by another Ram dealership. 3 months later. I still have no vehicle and they don't seem to care. The GM still hasn't responded to my calls. FCA is giving me the runaround and I will have to sue privately.

Absolutely the worst experience with a dealership EVER! We were there ALL day and kept getting put aside for the salesman and sales manager to help other customers! We were traveling through the state when we lost our motor, so we got towed to the dealer. We were stuck and had to purchase something. We were at the dealer from 6:30 am until 5pm! There was a recall on our truck, so they scheduled us for 1st thing Monday morning on our way back through the state, and again we were stuck at the dealership until about 4pm! THEN the dealership did not complete all the paperwork and send it to our state for registration. We went through 2 temporary tags, waiting for the dealership to send all the paperwork after NUMEROUS calls from both me and my husband. We ended up paying the late fees to our Tax Collector Office out of pocket so that we could get our truck registered and tags, and was told from the dealership that they would overnight me a reimbursement check to pay me back for there error. Here it is, 2 months later, and after MANY calls and texts, I STILL HAVEN'T gotten reimbursed! And no one will return phone calls!!! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE!

DO NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED AT ALLSTAR DODGE AND CHRYSLER IN DENHAM SPRINGS!!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS GOD FORSAKEN DEALERSHIP!! WORST SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH A DEALERSHIP!! I DON'T CARE IF IT'S THE LAST DEALERSHIP IN A 50 MILE RADIUS, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THERE!! My experience: Went against my better judgement after having less than favorable dealings with them regarding the vehicle we purchased with them a few years ago and took my other vehicle to them to be serviced for some issues that arose after returning from a trip. The dealerships in SELA are overall lackluster but I figured I would take a chance on them since they work on our other vehicle. I dropped my car off in mid-January and the initial repairs were not completed until early May. Part of the issue was back ordered parts but it was exacerbated by the fact that it took the mechanic at least three different repair attempts to get to the bottom of the problem and each time he dove deeper into the diagnosis he had to order new parts extending the service by at least 30 days and adding more expenses to my bill. In this time, our case changed hands to three different service technicians because the previous two quit. This made communication increasingly difficult by first, trying to reach the right employee with knowledge of our case and second, we rarely received updates without taking the time out of our own schedules to call and get any semblance of an update despite having a text system set up with the intent to keep an easy and open line of communication. It was anything but easy. Side note: setting any sort of appointment with this dealership is pointless. They'll look at your car when they feel like it or when you get fed up enough to call and ask them for an update and then they decide to do the repairs if they actually ordered the parts. Anyway, my car was finally ready for pickup in early May. After paying them $3,500 and waiting 5 months for completion (my car was at the dealership this long, mind you), I immediately left and got on the interstate only to have my engine light come right back on and noticed my car wasn't driving much better than it was when I dropped it off in January. We brought the vehicle back the next week (we live 45 min from the dealership) and it was diagnosed again with the additional repairs needed and the additional cost. Sondra appeared to take over our case from that point forward and offered to speak with her manager (I'm assuming she meant Brandon but I am not positive if he made this call) about knocking off some of the labor costs considering we had just had the vehicle there for 5 months and immediately had to bring it back. I was quoted over $800 for everything and she said she'd get back to me. When she called back, I was quoted over $700 this time and told I'd prepay and the repairs would be done in June when the backordered parts came in. It was my assumption that the lower price meant she had negotiated down the labor costs, but it was also not communicated to me in that call nor was it mentioned or ever communicated to me in any later calls or texts that I would owe an additional $115 for labor. I find this out when I picked up the vehicle. The technician that assisted me with the transaction called Sondra to have her explain why I had the extra cost and she tried to explain away the issue as if she had communicated this to me beforehand and when she clearly had not. To further the insult, I was told by the technician that the labor cost is normally upwards of $125 so at most, 6 months of patiently awaiting a complete repair and paying them already over $4,200, mine and my husband's loyalty and service was worth MAYBE a $10 discount. While I'm grateful my car is possibly, FINALLY repaired, if it presents with issues tomorrow, I will never bother taking it to this dealership ever again. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, unreliable operations, and a complete neglect of any

They have no one to answer a phone , you get an answering service for the surrounding areas , they say they will call you back but they didn’t the 6 times that me and my husband called to check on the truck. I went in the shop and still no one knew anything. . Very poor service !!

. We traded in a vehicle for a 2020 model Hyundai palisade. Loan was approved, we went in, signed all the documents, left with our new car. 2 weeks later they began claiming we needed to prove ownership of our trade-in. They wanted a registration paper. It was misplaced... So we call the dmv, and they tell us they don't need the registration to prove ownership, that their title clerk needed to call the title clerk for the trade-in and get all the information they needed. They're able to see everything in their system, who financed it, what bank, who was on the title, who was on the registration etc.. So we relayed this information. Still, they kept insisting we HAD to provide a registration to prove ownership, or give the car back. (Getting registration wasn't an easy task due to it being from another state) we call the dmv again, multiple times actually, always being told the same thing.. So we call the finance company for the trade-in ourselves, they tell us the same thing. Title clerk needs to call title clerk, and get all the information they need! Actually was informed that no one called them from Allstar dodge until 1/30 when we made the deal on 1/19, and all they were requesting was our address.. oh, and we're delinquent cause they haven't paid it off. We relay this information again, only to be threatened with repossion of our new car that hasn't even had a note due yet. This person was rude and unprofessional... So, we call the bank that approved our new loan. Looking for information and a payment was supposed to be due soon and we never received any statements.. We find out that we were approved, but the dealership has never submitted any documents of the sale to have the loan processed. So at this point, we are literally days away from our approval expiring. Even spoke with managers at another dodge dealership who say they never heard of this before, that they don't have to have registration on a trade in! So we contact Allstar, yet again, demanding to speak with a manager. We left messages to every manager over there, and no one ever calls back. Takes 5/6 days to get someone of higher authority on the phone. So we contact the sales lady instead.. and she blantenly lies and says the person we need to speak to is on vacation. I know this was a lie, because I called from a different number with a bogus name and asked if he was available, I was told yes that he was there. She forwarded me to his office, which of corse, voicemail picks up. I never get a call back. I find this guy on Facebook, leave a long detailed message asking him to please call me. He sees it like a day or two later, 9:30pm, asks if he can call. I reply yes, he never calls. Next day, messages me saying his phone died, can he call, I reply yes, and he never calls.. So at this point, they've never processed a loan or paid off our traded in vehicle which has resulted in delinquent payments that has affected our credit. Finally, we spoke to someone who finally called the title clerk for the trade-in, somehow they are now able to make the trade-in work.. problem is, now our approval has expired, and due to the delinquent payments and amount of times they have rerun my credit, we can't be approved. They want the car back. We put $15,000 down in cash, and we're being told that's going to be held pending inspection of the new vehicle and could take weeks to process! Currently consulting a lawyer to deal with this issue. Take your money elsewhere, these folks are shady. Basically no one done their job and now we're screwed. Can't get anyone who can help on the phone. Everyone knows, when you trade in a financed vehicle, title clerks handle the titles. The leinholder holds the title/owns it. That's how you know who owns the vehicle. No one ever submitted sales documents to the bank, no one paid off the traded in vehicle, no one called the title clerk (on time), but yet they want the car back because of a registration paper... and now because they cannot get us reapproved due to their

Gave me incorrect buyers order, drove the vehicle to Biloxi it was 4 thousand over agreed price. Acted as if it was my fault and said they couldn't pay drive to bring truck back, I called and spoke with salesman while driver was at my home. I even asked for finance documents to be emailed so they could be reviewed the day before. Added extra warranty I said I didn't want and charged driver fee when they stated transport was free. I plan to report them to BBB and credit agencies *Piss poor service
