We are out of state travelers that ended up having major car issues, but the whole team at the auto shop welcomed us like friends and looked over our car, diagnosed the issue, coordinated with the local dealership, and dropped us off at a restaurant for some lunch while we waited for a tow truck. Every single person at this establishment was very kind and made a tough situation way more bearable. They are very educated with mechanics and were quick to identify the issue with my car. 10/10 recommend for the locals and out of state drivers to go to for a mechanic as needed!

Super friendly and helpful, our engine was basically shot and they looked it over and diagnosed the issues and helped us find a dealership to deal with a recall! Great people!
Even gave us a ride to a Mexican restaurant while we waited to transport our car! They made a bad situation soooooo much better!

Could not have gotten better service. We were stuck on the side of the highway with a flat on our cross-country trek for the holidays, and Dipsticks hooked us up with impressive roadside service and a great deal! Plus, we were back on the road within an hour. A Christmas miracle!

My son, dog and I are traveling for a military move and dipsticks helped with our tire that had gotten a nail in it. When we arrived they immediately offered to let my kiddo and dog play in their fenced in area and gave us a bowl of water for our dog. They were so quick with the repair and so nice! Definitely check them out!

The other morning we had a flat tire! After popping the donut on we went home to wait for tire places to open. Unfortunately most of the other places didn't have the right size. Thankfully dipsticks did! They got us in right away and let our dog be in the lobby while we waited. It was overall quick and efficient experience.

While driving through town our daughters oil pressure light came on and someone in town recommended that we go to Dipsticks. When we arrived, we explained what was going on and they immediately prioritized us. John found the issue quickly and was able to take care of it and provide excellent service in every way! If we lived closer, we would go to this business every time! The people are friendly and they take their work very seriously. I wish I could give them more than five stars!

My husband and I are traveling from Dallas, TX to North Carolina and hit something late in the evening. We stayed the night in Dehli and happened to find Dipsticks the next morning. They were beyond kind, informative, professional, and helped us to get back on the road in no time with a drive-able car. We cannot thank y’all enough for being so amazing!!! We highly recommend this shop!
