5/30/23 really really horrible service today, and that new kid dude is terrible at customer service straight up when i ask what the cash price is on a prescription obviously i don't have insurance, especially when i asked multiple times, horrible wait time especially when coming out of the ER, also on a sidenote i notice they got a sign up on the drive thru window about not being rude etc to staff that sign was never there till they hired that kid that looks like he's lost in space all the time and doesn't want to be there, coincidence i think not

Would give negative number of stars if possible. I'd already been given the run around by my doctor's office and in trying to get the issues resolved, no one at this pharmacy was helpful. My usual pharmacy was out of what the doctor prescribed, so I had to use this pharmacy instead. NEVER AGAIN. My usual pharmacy tech called over there to send my prescription along and got a ton of attitude from the workers there. When they finally got it in, the young woman kept rolling her eyes because I wasn't answering her questions quickly enough and when it took me a few seconds to pull my ID out of my wallet. Seeing all these other bad reviews doesn't surprise me one bit.

Been out of my diabetes medical for 9 days. We called 5 days prior to running out,since it need doctor authorization.called pharmacy and doctors office after 5 days.took 5 calls to pharmacy and 3 to doctor resolve issue. Go pick up and pharnacy tech had attitude

People who work there like to claim that you don't have prescriptions for there in the computer system and give you grief, trying to make it sound like you are a liar. I had to come home and call there with the Rx numbers just for my meds to get filled. It's very sad. It makes me wonder how many more people that they have done that to. If it keeps up, I will move my prescriptions to CVS. I moved them from Walmart because I was having problems getting my meds filled there and now here. That is a crying shame!

I never leave ugly reviews but this one I will in fact. I love lady of the sea but this pharmacy in particular is horrible with their customer service and on multiple visits here it never changes. If I could report this I most definitely would.

Terrible every time I have to go there. It's unfortunate that this is the only pharmacy we can do to on the bayou with certain prescription plans. They are so rude and don't listen when you explain things to them. I'm going to get my prescriptions filled an hour away to avoid having to deal with this.

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for years, as I have medication that I need to take for the rest of my life. I refill at least 3 prescriptions monthly, and I constantly have issues trying to get this done. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone thinking about using this pharmacy go to CVS or Walmart instead. If it were physically possible, I would rate this pharmacy 0/5 stars. I have quite the long review as I have strong opinions about this place.Despite calling in my prescription at the earliest possible time allowed. I constantly have instances where I couldn’t get my medication on time because of this pharmacy. They appear to be a bit slow, but to make it worse they will claim your prescription is ready when it is not. I’ve called ahead of time to let them know I’m going get my prescription, and they tell me it’s ready. However, when I get there it’s not and I have to wait another hour or more. This happens constantly. Not only that, but there have been numerous times where I’ve been mistreated as a customer and been disrespected. I’m constantly being given the run-around by them, and they leave me feeling like they don’t care about what I need. I dread calling the pharmacy, because every single time I ever have in my years of using this pharmacy they are so rushed to get off the phone with me. To the point that they will hang up before I’m done.In case anyone isn’t convinced enough, here are some examples:One time, I tried to refill a prescription that has many more refills listed. Let’s start with the fact that even though I visited the pharmacy several times throughout the week, none of them actually gave me an answer as to why my prescription wasn’t ready. To keep this story short; the pharmacy blamed my doctor for their mistake, it turns out that my prescription actually was “lost in the queue.” Being late on taking my medication can be detrimental to my health, and situations like this aren’t uncommon at this pharmacy in my experience. I’ve also had this happen with pain medicine after my surgery, and I was get suffering for over 24 hours without any help. I was in the most intense pain of my life, and had nothing.Also, they gave me a medicine that was not prescribed to me. In fact, I am allergic to what they gave me! I’m glad I read the label, otherwise I could’ve been in the hospital. When I asked about this, they insisted it was my doctor who imputed it wrong. Which is impossible, as I saw the doctor physically put the order in on the computer at my appointment. Also, I called the them and asked to speak to the doctor who prescribed it to me. They verified that they did not put that medication on my list. They will always push the blame onto anyone other than themselves.Another issue I have is that despite changing my number to be the correct one they still contact my old number with texts for when my prescription is done. I’ve corrected my number on 5 separate occasions, yet they still contact the wrong one. A relative of mine has this old number, so I’m lucky they are able to tell me when they get a text.I actually tried to bring these issues up with them, when confronted they make excuses or refuse to listen. I’ve had employees roll their eyes at me, give me attitude, and just walk away and/or dismiss my concerns.These were just a couple of the many stories I can recall where I’ve been mistreated, or had terrible customer service. These things may not happen every single time, but it’s happened enough. Don’t get me wrong, there are times I have absolutely no issues. However, it seems that more often than not I’m having some kind of problem getting what I need. Even when I do everything in my power to get it done on time. With all the hassle I have gone though, I wouldn’t recommend this under any circumstance. As customers, we expect better quality from a service like this. I’ve never written a review before, but I felt like people really needed to know about how horrible the service here is. Especially when making an important decision, like where to get the medication that you need.

We live in grand isle. They forgot an important medication and we didn't find out until we got home. Unacceptable, you have one job.

Real courteous, and much cheaper than CVS, the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is cause they have a bad habit of sending the text that your script is ready either right after they close or like 10 minutes before they close ?
