Reach Communications have been by by far, the best company ive ever had internet service with and ive pretty much always have had it. Been with Reach for 4 years now and cannot complain at all. They are very good with checking in on things and letting You know when there is a problem and very helpful. Excellent Customer Service Skills! Great Experience!

I've been a technician for about 7 years and I use to install the same equipment for a different Wireless internet service provider... in a 5 minute call, Joseph, the customer support agent, lied multiple times about my signal, the speeds he "saw me pulling" on his end and also said that the signal could not be improved. Either he is ignorant of how it works or he's outright lying to customers to just get them off of the phone. Extremely unprofessional... the speeds we're getting for the price were paying is already absurd... but I'm hardly getting 1/3 of the 768 kbps that I'm suppose to get. This equipment with a good signal can push around 1.5-2 Mbps. He was going to leave the signal at -79 dbm until I logged into the radio myself to check the signal, ran speed tests while monitoring all traffic going through my pc and called back... look into StarLink or mobile hotspot as options. Their speeds are substantially better and you don't have to deal with terrible customer service

It should be illegal to sell internet for $45 a month for 1 mbps. Most companies give out $100 a month for 100 mbps

Reach 4 just happens to be laying fiber optic lines less than 1 miles from my home I called to inquirie about faster speeds and mentioned if I could receive the new faster service the tech support guy was very rude and obnoxious. The speeds are slow find another company I can not stream much less surf the web.

So about 6 months ago the service was great. Recently my connection has been terrible. If it was always this bad I wouldnt complain but I know it can be better. I'll be looking into possible replacements. I also pay for their premium package. Stick to the cheapest they offer. That's the bandwidth you will recieve either way.

Terrible and sufferable internet. We have had this service for years as it is the only service we can get in our area. We would cancel if internet wouldn’t be such and essential part in school today.1. The prices for the speeds they provide are outrageously overpriced and the displayed prices on their website isn’t the real price your gonna pay on setup because they charge your antenna separately. Ex: $50 plan for 3mbps download + antenna is raised to $67 monthly.2. The customer support is terrible opting to lie to you about a problem instead of fixing it. I have had heated conversations with the IT guy on the phone and the manager really frustrated they would rather try to deceive me by proposing a problem with my overpriced internet is some outlandish factor I have already ruled out in my own diagnosing.3. Getting the speeds you pay for is dodgey some days you get and others the internet is useless. They never compensate for lost bandwidth that is their fault, and can take weeks to even care to try and fix it.5. Under any circumstances do not get this service unless it is in desprate need it is nothing but a headache. This is a terrible lying company that is going to continue to overcharge the people that are left with no other options for a much needed resource in this day and age.6. If you are in the situation where this is your last resort the only way to get any of the stuff you are overcharged for is to call call call call. You have to be the sqeakiest wheel to get any oil and educate yourself on how internet works to fully see through their lies.

Buffering gets extreme after 5 PM and I have been attempting to contact the IT department for days. Unfortunately, can't talk to anyone since ALL calls to the IT department goes to voicemail and you have to wait your turn. Hope and pray that they actually call you back. I have had this service for 10 days and have regretted it since day 1. DON'T GET THIS COMPANY. GO WITH A BIGGER, BETTER COMPANY!
