My tax pro was better then good but I don't think I'll be using y'all service s anymore. This is the second year in a row y'all do not give me a advance loan toward my 1400.00dollar return. Don't make any sense. I needing that money to move to a new place now I can't. False words from Jackson Hewitt. Never again

I got to Jackson Hewitt about 3:30 and we were having trouble uploading my files to get my tax credit I didn’t leave until 6:30 the lady that did my taxes was so patient and helped me until we got everything to go through and was able to file my taxes and that’s why I go to Jackson Hewitt every year they care about their clients and help the best they can

My experience today with Mrs. Willette Wilridge was awesome. She was polite,fast, and to the point, gave great advice when asked about certain things, and she got me the most i could get on my tax return. So if you need your taxes prepared quick, easy, and get the most money in your tax return just come and see her she will get it done!!! I was there not even 30 minutes.
