My kids mother took her truck their yesterday cause the shift was staying stuck, they told her a part was broke in the shift or whatever they charge her 600 plus dollars and the shift was still getting stuck after she got it back.. Not to mention she told them she was paying with a card and they never told her the card reader charge a 22 dollar fee ??♂️??♂️.. So she called again they told her it’s the brake light switch, So they want to charge her another 200 plus dollars to do that.. This company knows how to mistreat a woman when a man not present.. I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody.. F**kin trash.. I can to talk to the manager, the Man he claims to be hung up in my face saying he can’t talk to nobody but her.. I am the owner of the truck why it matters who u speak with..

Was visiting Lafayette for a soccer tournament, got a large screw in my tire. They were closed, but he still took my vehicle and fixed the tire. Huge blessing to me and my girls! Highly recommend!

I was amazed by how personal, friendly and efficient Bourque's is. They assisted me with all my automotive and tire needs as well as gave me information on the place they would recommend for a separate automotive need i have.
