“People at the branches are friendly and helpful! I typically use the mobile app as I don’t have the opportunity to visit the location as often. Mobile app is absolutely frustrating. I have my information saved to make log in easier and for some reason, at least once a week, I will not let me log in. I usually have the end up going to the website that glitches as well.”
