Check your receipts people! After hunting for fresh basil for a half hour, which I finally found next to the tomatoes instead of by the rest of the herbs, I go to check out my four little bags of groceries which came to $104!! I checked my receipt and the computer did not take $14 off of a reduced price corned beef. The "cashiers" don't check. They are really just "scanners". I had to go to customer service to get the difference refunded to my card. Then when I got home I noticed a $1 coupon I had laid next to the item had not been applied. Even though this store is literally 1 minute from my house, I think I will only use it from now on if I need a quick item. Rouses is not much farther. And I don't know why we have to play games with grocery stores to get a lower price, ie, downloading an app, sending coupons to your app account, etc. Just give us a decent price in the first place!! Food prices are way out of hand.I give it three stars because the employees always seem to be nice and try to help as much as they can.

It is near me but I love the Organic food selection and the deli and the rewards and specials. The manager is friendly and staff pleasant. My credit cards fell out of my purse and a manager found them and I was paged to service desk where they were turned in. My neighborhood store.

Very clean, well stocked store. I hope this store stays open when Aldi buys out W-D.This is a new store, it would be a shame to see it close.

It's close and convenient I have to tell you but we rarely shop there because the prices have gone up very drastically and the last 6 months it is a lot to shop there

I love the variety of food stocked in this store. It makes Kroger in Jackson MS seem so bland. What can you say about a store that sells fresh brown shrimp for less than $5.00/lb. We need to go to Fresh Market at home to find this quality, but at three times the price.

Door Dash type services needs to provide the name of the person who ordered the food...sometimes it is a gift and we don't know who to thank. Food just left on porch and store did not provide any help. Only complaint.

Oh, Winn-Dixie, you and your sly price increases! I've been a frequent shopper at this basic grocery store for a while now, and I must say, it's been a bit of a roller coaster ride lately. Let me break it down for you.First things first, let's talk about the prices. The recent increase has hit me hard, my friend. I remember the last time I went shopping, I grabbed a watermelon, a couple of drink packs (I'm guessing you got thirsty), and some bread or something (it's okay, I forget things too). And guess what? It added up to around 60-70 bucks! Like, come on, Winn-Dixie, I'm just trying to feed myself, not buy a whole farm. Now, I don't want to point fingers, but I can't help but mention *cough cough* Joe Biden's *cough cough* inflation that seems to be happening in the background. It's like every time I visit Winn-Dixie, the prices have skyrocketed even higher. Hey, Joe, I appreciate the effort to stimulate the economy, but could you go easy on my grocery bill? I'd appreciate it!But let's not dwell too much on the inflation madness. Despite the price struggles, Winn-Dixie does have its redeeming qualities. The store is conveniently located, and they usually have all the basic necessities you need. It's a one-stop-shop for your grocery needs, even if it leaves your wallet gasping for breath. All in all, Winn-Dixie is your average, run-of-the-mill grocery store that unfortunately fell victim to the inflation monster. I'd give it a solid four stars if it wasn't for those pesky price hikes. So, if you're willing to pay a little extra for convenience, go ahead and give Winn-Dixie a shot. Just remember to bring an extra wallet or two to handle those inflated prices.

the store is nice and the people in it are amazing except for the manager Nicole she is a rude and awful person the way she talks and treats the employees is absolutely disgusting she walks around as if she owns the place i once had a employee tell me how she wouldn't schedule them because he has a injured knee even though they had a doctors note and they themselves assured her her he was cleared to work but she had no care in the world for that she refused to schedule him and when he asked for more then just two days a week he was told i'll see what i can do and not once in his last six months of working there was he scheduled more then two days and when his football schedule was given too her two months in advance she replied saying this is a business its either football or winn dixie and that's not even the rest of the story and there are tons more but employees are scared to come forward because the manager NICOLE is a bully and treats her employees with disrespect and walks around like she owns it she's a awful boss and doesn't deserve the position she has in the store
