I am very disappointed in the way this bank has treated me and my business. This is my 1st business. And the 1st transaction I got weaseled into a 3 year contract. I was told I would spend $45 on my clover flex per month with all the fees. I’m at $70 a month with this device on the 1st month. I tried to return it. I told them that is too much too fast my business isn’t ready for this. I can’t afford it. They said I could return it for $250 restocking fee and a $500 early termination fee. This is upsetting. I wanted to do business with this bank because people told me you all were good to small business. I’m highly upset and do not recommend this bank to anyone. They don’t care about you and your business. They only care about the money their making off of you. Mrs. Jessica Gains couldn’t even look me in the eye when she saw me in public. Eaves Landry is the merchant services officer who failed to mention 1st off that it’s a 3 year contract. They told me it was a promotion and I’m getting the device for $30 after all is said and done and that’s not true at all. Untrustworthy and dishonest bank. I suggest you not do business here.
