This bank is very backwards, the whole system is old and they don't care about keeping customers, they closed my account just because they wanted to, find another bank than this one

Transferred a money market to what was suppose to be another account with new account numbers, just a new money market account waited a month for checks when I inquired about the checks it was a totally different type of account without checks . BATE AND SWITCH..........I took my money out .

One of their personal bankers, Ryan M., is a fantastic, no fluff banker who always tells you the truth. Great guy! The bank is always clean, so I never worried about anything before, and now, their drive up service is fantastic as well.

Do yourself a favor and DON'T use Michael Buras at Hancock Whitney. We went to meet him regarding a loan for some home renovations. After we paid him $500 for an appraisal of our home, he tells us that we cannot get the loan while the house is under renovation. Isn't that what we said in the meeting?? Why would we need a loan if we have completed the renovations?
