I struggled to find an item in the oral care aisle. Despite asking a stock lady on the same aisle three time to help me find the item,and her refusing to help me find it, I found a friendly worker named Crystel. She was in another part of the store, but she stopped what she was doing and found my item. Thank you, Crystel!

Found item in stock online for $200. Drove to store and tried to purchase. Rung up as $300. Told employee this is wrong. They told me that I can’t buy it in store with the online price… I have to order it online and go through pick-up. I told them I would buy it online then since I’m at Walmart and then leave with item. They told me I can’t do that and that I would have to come back later to pick it up after purchasing online.
This system is so screwed up. I’m physically in the store already and could do the work for them but I can’t. The employee must go get it and fulfill the online order which could take hours. Terrible system.
Walmart just lost my business. I drove over to Academy and got exactly the same thing for a few dollars cheaper.

Can only get self checkout and then get to share your receipt as you leave I prefer to go to a cashier but it does take me a while to get out this way but I don't mind the time

I love this Walmart it has way more than the one I usually go to around my area I'll drive the 20 miles it takes to come to this one instead of the one by my house

It's a typical Walmart. Prices are good for what they have. If you don't want their own product brands, want your desired products in stock, want assistance, or don't want to work for Walmart at the self checkout, then you are out of luck.

We’ve had issues with Walmart pickup in the past, and decided to give them another shot. I give two stars because they were good on our two previous orders, but after today’s experience we will never be using Walmart again. We ordered a day in advance, and our order was still delayed by over an hour. We don’t mind having to wait longer, but expect the order be fulfilled the way it was ordered… or properly substituted. Today, 18 items were “unavailable” from our order and no substitutions were given. Major things like ground beef, grapes, hotdogs, coffee etc. Things that most definitely have substitutions available. Now, we have to make another trip to get the items which were missing, but again, we will never use Walmart again.

I pulled up for Curbside service, and there were no spots!! I only had to wait a minute for one to open up, so I pulled in, thinking I was going to be waiting a few minutes for my order. Surprisingly, they were at my truck within 5 minutes. Guy was really nice despite the horrible heat outside.
