Nice updated store with all amenities. But associates park in the pick up spots and it makes me mad. There is already not enough spots during prime time hours and having a lazy employee who can’t walk an extra ten feet really pissed me off. Grow up children

It seems the availability online is better than what represented in the store. The checkout is horrible, to many times machines are down. Scan n go, need their own with bags. All scanners need to work. Prices are still to high.

Placed order at 12pm today for delivery; earliest time available was for between 7-9pm tonight, so scheduled my delivery as such. I don’t drive so when I schedule a delivery order, I expect it to be delivered during the timeframe in which I scheduled. At 8:15pm, I called Walmart because my order of over $350 had not even begun to be shopped (I knew at this point it would be hopeless that I would receive my order tonight & I absolutely urgently needed some items tonight from my order. I have severe hypoglycemia & took the last of my glucose tablets tonight). I was told they were backed up with picking orders & if they didn’t get to my order tonight, it would be shopped & delivered sometime tomorrow! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Who decides what time my order will be delivered tomorrow? Guess what? NOT ME!!! I attend Sunday school & church tomorrow morning, so what are they going to do, I asked-leave everything outside to spoil if THEY DECIDE to have my order delivered while I’m at church? And they need not try to switch my order over to pickup because I DO NOT DRIVE & they’ve done this to me before in the past. All the person could tell me on the phone was that I should get an email from Walmart with an update about the delivery of my order. I pay for this service & then I tip the contracted drivers very well. This delivery service was a lifesaver when they first started it in my area, now it’s become a joke along with their pickup service. My complaint chain is going to start with the general manager of this store & if that doesn’t make a difference in the service our store provides, I’ll go up the chain to the regional manager. More & more dissatisfied customers need to file complaints for things to improve at this store.

I’m coming up here because I’m very frustrated whenever I try to get groceries from this Walmart using the pick up feature . It’s either the order is never ready for the slot I picked or once I come to pick it up I’m waiting outside for over a hour . I spoke with Michelle the team lead she was super nonchalant towards the fact that my order I placed for picked up was still being shopped at 7 o’clock and they were done at 9 . So I rescheduled it for today at 2 and here it is going on 3 a hour later and the order is still being shopped . Super unprofessional on all parties involved with Walmart staffing .

Ordered battery online. Picked up battery at 10:47 am and proceeded to auto dept to retrieve my $12.00 core charge. After 25 minutes of emplyees not knowing how to refund for online parts. Took my core back and just gonna eat the fees. But never ordering online again.

This is literally the closest general retailer by my house and it is faster to drive all the way to the Target or Costco on HWY 21 and come back than it is to deal with any of the check out lines at this WalMart. Absolutely appalling.
I’m just trying to be in and out with 1 items and it has taken me over 30 minutes to check out.
My husband speculated that its to push WalMarts subscription option - but screw that. The point of a nearby WalMart should just be in and out convenience - this is anything but. I have lived here for 3 years and have only come in here maybe 15 times just due to how much of a hassle it is.

I cannot tell you how many times I shop here and this is the case. Let’s not forget most of the carts are in such bad shape. This is the grand reopening they want us to enjoy?? Do better Walmart
