This is the best pharmacy. I love all of the staff. Professional, efficient and friendly.

Andrew, the pharmacy manager is not even accountable for his own pharmacy and staff and always claims he "doesn't know why" things happen when you raise a concern or a complaint with him. It appears the man is on Uranus while we're on Earth.

Andrew, the Pharmacist Manager is absolutely one of the most genuine, caring persons we've ever known. His team of techs, cashiers are the BEST. I can promise you that we drive right by 2 other pharmacies to do business with these wonderful folks. They are our people.

Came directly from the urgent care. And stood in the pick up line. The doctor checked on the status and informed me it would take just a few more moments for it to be ready. He helped another customer and then stated " I'm going to check on yours now" and called me by my last name.He recalled me and my name. Love it.He was quick and punctualPerfessional.Mr. Andrew is the best

Don't bother to order online for pickup. You won't get what you ordered. They'll substitute something you don't want, or you won't get what you ordered at all. Even thought the item is showing online as "in stock," forget it. Go to another store.

This is the 2nd time within a few months that I had to bring it to the attention of the management of this location that they are in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Manager,, Kenneth, claimed this would not happen again. After entering the store, they blockade an entrance, usually on the North side, so that individuals with disabilities whom are parked in handicapped parking spaces cannot exit to get to their cars after the sun goes down. Employees and managers act like the door is broken when they merely put up a sign without warning that they are closing the entrance. This is also a violation that the State Fire Marshall's Office needs to look into.

I have the utmost respect for essential workers and I never complain, but I encountered two workers last night, whose actions I feel need mentioning. I went to a self-checkout with a full basket, $360 worth of groceries. Two employees, both women, wearing yellow vests were there assisting customers in checkout. 1 was tall, brown hair, in 50s,facial expression was as if she was sucking a lemon while smelling a fart. 2 was gray hair, 60s, attitude like she hasn't been pleasured since Obama's first inauguration. I was purchasing groceries for a family in need and for myself. I was scanning and bagging my items separately from the ones I was donating. I, suppose, I was taking too long. 1 came and stood next to me, hovering, staring at me. 2, actually, started taking items and scanning/bagging, mixing up the items, ignoring Covid guidelines, standing very close to my face. I intended on delivering my donation to family, directly after purchase, but I had to go home and separate items, because 2 had bagged items together(she, also, put a bottle of wine in with loaf of bread, which got smushed). If customers are too slow checking themselves out, perhaps, Covington Walmart Supercenter should have more cashiers working.

I would give it a -5 if I could. I had a bad experience with an Assistant manager who was extremely rude!!! Will not return to this store or any other Walmart. I was a loyal customer since to this Walmart since 1992 when it was in its old location. Loyal customer no more...Targets gets all my business!!!

As a former employee of Walmart, I would like to say I am very disappointed. I originally worked at the Houma WalmartMove to Covington and needed to do a transfer. The Covington Walmart told me they would do a transferAnd get me rolled in that week, all I had to do was put it in the system and they would roll it over. 2 1/2 weeks later they say they are not taking me in whatsoever. That being said, I have missed out on a weeks worth of pay that I will not be getting. Walmart does not care and will not help you regardless of what situation you're in. I'm just very disappointed, I thought they were better than that.

At this point its 8:09, to tell me the payment center is close he decided to closed it. I ask what time you close he said 8:30 " besides I have other things to do.
