“Welcomed by a beautiful kitty at the front desk. Flowed by beautiful souls that work there. The energy in the building felt very calm and relaxed.Workers even offered their tools to help clean up something that spilled in my trunk.I can only imagine how well and safe our fur children would be taken care of here by the way they were so quick to want to help and take care of me,and that was the first time I have ever been there. I was dropping off a delivery for them.I Will definitely be looking into switching my fur child's primary care into their hands.Thank you to the staff for being such caring and kind people.”

“I’m not one to bash or post negative comments so I won’t. With that being said, after moving to the northshore, I couldn’t seem to find a vet that I trusted with my precious fur babies. Last Friday, Franklin was in heavy breathing distress. I rushed him into the vet that I WAS using. Before doing even one test, she told me he probably had a tumor on his liver. She then began tests and gave him medications, all totalling $515 (there was no tumor). I left with a terrible feeling that I was being taken advantage of. I prayed and prayed for God’s discernment. I was led to another vet, and from the moment we met this morning, I knew he was in the right hands. Her name is Dr. Katie at The Maher Animal Hospital in Covington. Her ability to explain in-depth and in layman’s terms all the tests and bloodwork further confirmed that I was in the right place. I would highly recommend her and this place to all pet owners. Franklin is on the right track. And Princess will be meeting Dr. Katie soon for her checkup!!!”

“They accommodated my high anxiety dog aggressive pup so seamlessly- even a separate entrance directly into the operatory. Staff was friendly and super efficient in treatment and providing estimates on services. Definitely recommend for routine preventative visits.”

“We unfortunately had to have our 15yo dog put to sleep. They made the entire process go smoothly. I have three young children. My oldest was supper attached to our fur baby. They made sure that each of my children had the chance to tell her goodbye. Due to covid only 2 people are allowed inside at a time. But the room was set up like a small living room. So we didn't have to see her laying on some cold medical table. They even gave my children a book called "Dog Heaven". I couldn't believe that they told us to take it home. It is a really nice hard cover book! But they also did ink paw prints for each of the kids. They also gave us some hair clippings. They were absolutely amazing and they were so kind and made sure the kids had plenty of time with her. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!”
“We found AHC after struggling to find a day care facility our anxious dog liked. Soon after we also transitioned to our pup receiving veterinary care here too along with overnight boarding. The staff and vets at AHC are so caring, kind, and patient. They took great care of our pup. We sadly moved states and have left AHC behind and finding a new facility for our pup is one of the saddest parts of our move. I'm not sure we will ever find a place that compares to AHC. I'm attaching a video from the webcam that I was so happy I happened to see one day and it truly shows the one on one attention that every animal gets here. I hope Tasha doesn't mind!!”
“My 12 year old siberian husky, Jet, has been seeing Dr.Posey for abt 2 months now. He has a tumor that we were previously told was cancerous & he ill need his leg amputated. Since seeing Dr.Posey Jets tumor has shrunk a significant amount in size. He was also having issues with his back legs as he has bad arthritis. Since starting acupuncture therapy Jets legs/hips have done a 360, he can finally enjoy his long walks again! We are so happy with our improvements!”

“Was directed here by Splendor Farms to do a collection on my dog for breeding. My time there was short but everyone was friendly and helpful. The vet, who had only seen my dog once before was very nice and remembered his name. Although he wasn’t very successful at his job the vet was at hers. She had us in and out with some tips on how to improve the chances of a good collection next time. If I didn’t live out of state, I would bring my dogs here. They also had facilities for horses and I assume, other large animals. Nice, large facility.”
“Traveled from Pensacola because this vet specialist was so highly recommend and it definitely was worth it. This place would easily have 500 plus 5 start reviews if was in a bigger city.
Dr. Yates clearly cares about the pets that come through this office. He treated our dog like it was his own, even describing our lab as his “kid” and sitting on the floor petting her while we went over the treat plans for her. The whole process was very smooth and reinsured us she was in good hands.”

Nurse Sam was very knowledgeable, helping Snickers and I feel more comfortable.
