About United States Postal Service
The post office in Covington LA has been pleasant and efficient. The staff and employees is kind, patient and helpful. The lady behind the counter was clean and owned all of her actions. Short lines and cool stamps. One employee run the booth every day and respect the post lady. Mail delivery is delivered and packages are delivered every day. The mail carriers and postman hold our mail. Issues with deliveries and pick‑ups have dropped in frequency and disappearing packages have dropped in frequency. The USPS and staff deserve a raise for the good work they do.

Constantly getting other people mail, packages not getting delivered, standing outside yesterday flag on my mailbox was up and the mailman drove right by the house without picking up mail. Waldheim estates subdivision. Made several complaints to post office. It’s time for the postmaster to be held accountable and be fired.

The mail person is putting packages in the wrong mailboxes. This is in Oak Alley Meadows neighborhood. It is happening very often. My neighbor brought me a package today that was in her mail bend. Also they have brought my mail several times that the mail person put in her box. This is happening to others in our neighborhood...

terrible service, the automated phone system does not listen to what you're saying, and If you get to talk to an agent you'll just get bounced around and end up getting nowhere, all in all, I recommend using any other service rather than this one and being specific the Covington location is the worst one.
