  The mail person is putting packages in the wrong mailboxes. This is in Oak Alley Meadows neighborhood. It is happening very often. My neighbor brought me a package today that was in her mail bend. Also they have brought my mail several times that the mail person put in her box. This is happening to others in our neighborhood... read full comment

  terrible service, the automated phone system does not listen to what you're saying, and If you get to talk to an agent you'll just get bounced around and end up getting nowhere, all in all, I recommend using any other service rather than this one and being specific the Covington location is the worst one.

  if i could give negative stars i would. didn’t even bother trying to deliver to my house. now it’s returning to sender, went to the post office myself and they didn’t even try to help me. now i have to reship and probably won’t make it before my show. will be contacting corporate.
