I have a situation where I personally handed a UPS worker a package to scan to return in which I also have a witness. It’s been 2 weeks now and my package was never scanned in to be mailed. I have personally gone to this location 4 times now to speak with someone and every time I go which are all at different times the office is always closed. I hear people talking and laughing while knocking but no one ever opens the door. I have called atleast 9 times and no one ever answers the phone. I have to file a complaint against the worker that took my package but never scanned it in and I also need to file a claim due to this. WELL HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THIS IF THEY NEVER OPEN THEIR DOOR WITHIN THE TIME THEY SAY THEIR HOURS ARE AS WELL AS NEVER ANSWERING THE PHONE. I am well beyond an angry point I’m about to contact higher upper management. This situation is beyond ridiculous.

Driver said he delivered package and that he met customer. Package was not delivered and now I cannot get in touch with anyone other than the automated service that tells me to wait 15 days while they investigate and search for the package. I think they know their customer service is terrible and that's why they hide their local number

I came here to track a package that said it’s been here for over a week. This customer service office is the only one around here and it’s already closed the rest of the week, but for some reason today (a day they’re supposed to be open) they closed the office a day early.

This company provides horrible service. After their driver refused to wait while we tried to get to the door he drove off with our package. We have tried to get it sent to another location and they can’t get this done either.

Seems like this place always has a sign up that they are closed “today” for customers. Need to add drop box at least, and maybe decide if they want to have store/customer service, or just close it altogether.

This place is NEVER open. The hours listed on Google are false. Even when their own sign says open… they’re still gone. A bit inconvenient

We received our package last night and it was totally destroyed. The driver didn't even bother to knock and say anything. Just left it on our steps and drove away. This was supposed to be a Xmas gift for my 5yr old grandson. I am fumeing over this.

UPS cant seem to add my address in the system. I get packages from Fed Ex & USPS. UPS keeps sending my packages to other Locations once it gets to the Covington Location or back to the shipper. I keep calling and no one helps. This office is incompetent and people need to be fired.

I would give less than 1 start if I had the option I haven’t received 3 of my packages because they changed drivers and the new driver refuses to leave any packages if nobody is home I have work I have to make a living just like everyone else I’m not home at 12:00 pm I cannot sign for anything am I suppose to leave work just to sign for a 15 dollar package that contains lawnmower parts should I quit my job so I can receive a package that I had to work for this is ridiculous I also talked to the clerk and had a pickup set up and was expecting a phone call to pick up the packages never received the call that’s my money they are holding and refuse to deliver and won’t communicate with me to pick up i almost feel like the driver is stealing packages I have no good things to say about this place other than it’s sorry and I hope nothing good for that driver

The service was great the lady who's behind the counter could not have been more helpful she tried ....however when you are at a UPS store and there's a sign on the back wall that says need tape need boxes need other shipping items we've got you covered just ask and you ask for a box big enough to house the two boxes that you brought in and UPS could not provide me with a box to purchase, nothing more than one star should be expected. Get it together either take the sign down or sell boxes.
