The Woman at lancome ( I can't remember her name but she was in her fifties) helped match me to a foundation that matches my skin perfectly. I'm cool toned so it's hard to find matches. She was incredibly helpful, and I love the products I purchased that she recommended.

I have never been to an Ulta that has such poor customer service as this one does. I’ve been there several times, and it is always poorly stocked and no one to help. If you do happen to find an associate, they always seem annoyed that you would have the audacity to ask for help. I went in today and of course, they were out of stock in the product I needed. No one greeted me or even asked what I needed help with.

My hair was SO bad. I mean, really bad. I had it botched at a nearby walk-in salon a few months ago. But I visited Ulta on a whim today and had my hair cut and styled by Taylor and I am. SO. IMPRESSED!!! Wow! What a wonderful experience. She is so kind and understanding.I was feeling very down, unconfident, and upset about the previous state of my hair, until the stylist Taylor quite literally worked her magic and fixed it for me! Please don’t hesitate to pay a little extra for her expertise and skill. Thank you again! ❤️

I went to the Covington, Louisiana store this evening (12/13/23 at approx. 5:45 pm) with the intention of purchasing alot of expensive make up and hair care products for my daughter's Christmas presents. That was the only thing she asked for this year and I was beyond happy to be able to knock out my shopping for her in one store....ULTA. When I entered the store, there was maybe 3 other customers on the floor browsing. There were 3 cashiers behind the front registers playing with each others press-on nails. There were 4 sales associates that I could see on the floor in the premium makeup section. One was diligently restocking/organizing shelves and the other 3 were standing together at one of the chairs where they help you sample makeup. They were just cutting up, laughing, joking, whatnot.....not a big deal since the store was basically at a lull. It became a big deal, however, when they blatantly ignored me time and time again when I was obviously struggling to find what I was looking for. At one point, I said "excuse me" and one of the employees moved to the side to let me pass and went back to chatting with the other employees. I was saying "excuse me" because I was about to ask for help since none had been offered to me, but by her moving to the side and literally turning her back to me to resume her conversation with the other employees, it was obvious to me that she wasn't interested in helping me. I was beyond shocked, but whatever....I continued to look for the items I was after by myself. At no point did ANYONE try to help me, not even the cashiers at the front who were still playing with each others press-on nails. Finally I felt so defeated that I just left empty-handed. I ended up coming home and ordering almost $600 worth of makeup, hair products, and perfume off of the Sephora website and tomorrow will have to drive the 50 minutes to the store to pick it up. My point in writing this email is to let you know how extremely disappointed I am that your store, which is only a convenient 5 minute drive from my house was evidently not interested in me as a customer. I understand that my almost $600 worth of makeup, etc. that I came to buy is probably not even a blip on the radar to your bottom line, but that shouldn't matter. I, nor anyone else for that matter, should not have to beg for assistance in spending my hard earned money in your store. It is an absurd notion. I get that holiday help is hard to find but good grief....the people that your company is hiring to represent you just lost out on a $600 sale. I'd be willing to bet that I'm not the only customer that has been treated that way. So do with this information what you will...or won't. Just know that I will have to think long and hard as to whether or not I will ever step foot in that store because again, I won't beg anyone to let me spend my money in their establishment. And I shouldn't have to.

They're not big on service or customer help when you go in there you kind of go in blind at least when two guys go in looking for product we normally get our stuff on Amazon and we wanted to look for something in the store because we read online they had it the prices are same as Amazon so there's not much of a change there
