“I have a 2011 Silverado which broke down in summer of 2020. Oil pump on the old engine went out and the engine had 302000 miles on it. So we decided to just replace the entire motor as a whole and bought an identical used 4.8 Liter V8 vortec with 75000 on it. Had my transmission rebuilt at acorn transmission repair and then for about a year the truck just sat in my shop because I couldn’t find anyone to help me install the motor and transmission. So once I had the money saved up, I started looking around for automotive shops and I found this one not knowing anything about it. So I called up and told them what I needed done and they gave me a quote and soon after that I had my truck towed up there with all my parts. Maybe about a week passed before they got the truck in there and got to work on it. And then about another week went by and it was ready. Haven’t had ANY problems at all so far. I had a check engine light come on but I just took it up and they diagnosed it quickly for me and I told them I would be back in the future to get that minor repair done. I would recommend them to anyone. And anytime I need anything major done to my truck, I will be going to this shop.
