All staffs are professional, excellent and friendly. I had my hair done by Brian, Jackie, Joe, and especially Michael is experienced, thorough, and details oriented. I would definitely recommend this place.

I'm remodeling, needed new curtains. I found a beautiful silver damask curtain for my bedroom that was half-price. The cashier had a professional and friendly attitude.

A few things occurred that kept me from returning. He added TWO treatments in one visit totaling over $40 without my prior approval. Even after I told him that was unacceptable before starting the work. [The first visit was $250!] They saw me coming. LolI don't appreciate being blindsided after the Olaplex had been applied to my hair at the bowl. They've since credited those amounts. I had to call and request a credit.Customers: you're entitled to know prices and they are required to get your approval BEFORE they do the work. Without exception.I found them to be extremely demanding -telling me I needed a haircut every 6 weeks.Definitely a high pressured salon to increase sales for each ticket. That is why they are no 1. Not because they're treating clients mlywith respect to their needs & desires. At least in my experience. I was disappointed.

I did not visit the salon. I just tried to shop at JCP. They have only 3 fitting rooms open on one side of the store. Ridiculous!

I got my hair cut today by Joe. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I told him what I wanted and he discussed it in detail with me before he started. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and a great conversationalist. Joe gave me the perfect cut. Thank you very much Joe!

First time here. Dana was my stylist. She is AMAZING! She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my results. Everyone here was friendly, polite and professional. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed.
