My sister was under a lot of stress to get out of her rental and get her stuff into storage units on short notice and this facility rented units to her promptly. She dealt with Amy who accommodated all her needs and helped take away some of that stress. If you need great customer service go see Amy. She has been great with my sisters move. We appreciate her.

TellUs Storage in Covington has been an amazing facility! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for Storage Climate controlled or not And the people that work here are amazing. Amy the property manager has become a dear friend of mine, She’s always willing and ready to help out in any situation. Always making sure to be proactive instead of reactive. I’ve been here for five years now And any issue that I’ve had has been taken care of immediately, for the price you can’t beat it

We just had to rent a 2nd unit at the Covington location on 59, and Amy made a really stressful situation better. She was incredibly kind and thorough. We cannot recommend this location - and Amy - enough!

Staff will go to lunch around 1-2(+/-10 mins). Hold calls during this time or leave a message.Staci is a beaming example of the wonderful customer service Tellus has to offer, as she is always prepped with answers and a smile! The staff here will do as much as they can to help and currently they're offering a half off deal on your first month. Hard to miss out on! I cant praise them enough!
