  Some crazy lady stabbed a guest in the parking lot during our stay. Besides that, the hotel was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. Very friendly staff, though the rooms are a bit outdated and worn-thru. Our previous experience in SureStay Plus BestWestern was beyond awful so we decided to come here instead. I definitely plan on booking here at WeStay Suites again. Much better than SureStay Plus.

  Caution, this is not a place for travelers, more for contractors. I can't even explain the cheap excuse for pillows on a queen bed. I did go to the front desk and showed the man at the counter a photo of the bed and asked if this was normal, he said no, then called housekeeping and told her to take pillows and go photograph the way my bed was made, so her and i rode up to the room together and she told me thats how they do all rooms, they fold the flat pillows in half and stuff in pullow case to make then fluffy 🤦‍♀️ You get a soap and a shampo, that's it. The shower head is oozing with mold and mildew. You have a kitchenette but have to request any utensils, coffeepots, or cookware. The lobby does have coffee at 5am and it was actually very good.

  CHYANNE, SHYANNE whichever spelling, front desk clerk is very rude and unprofessional. No “face of the hotel” etiquette. ITS THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS! Grinch vibes! All of the guest here are so friendly and sweet. The older front desk clerk and the gentleman are sooo sweet & helpful! They made us feel welcomed!
  Can’t stress that enough. They are great!
  The older lady remembered me from check in and greeted me as she left her overnight shift. I went to front desk after to make CHYANNE aware I booked another night, handling business. Jolly and happy because of course it’s Christmas time. She proceeded to say, “you can get your coffee, I’ll let you know when I’m ready for you, when you see someone doing something you wait” she proceeded to argue back and forth with me. I am appalled! (She wasn’t assisting any other guest) Get rid of her please and thank you. (No management on duty but her name is Amber apparently)
  It’s not a good look on the hotel that is not even 5 star.
  Some family and I booked rooms here from out of town for a few nights for the holiday, when we could’ve went elsewhere.
  Her attitude added a damper on the new day. It’s only 8:30 AM. She is disgustingly rude and unprofessional. As a former front desk clerk, now manager of Marriott, she dearly needs assistance and more training. I understand bad days but the way she handled business is intolerable.
  Aside from that, the movie theatre is awesome and the ambiance is cozy: Perfect for the occasion for me and my family!
  Only issue is CHYANNE

  This hotel is very run down. The staff (most) seemed put out with any question. We requested garbage bags after taking our own trash out and non were ever brought. The sheets had pink stains and the towels are threadbare—Brillo pads on their last leg. There were stains on the walls and the tubs and shower pains had mold and need to be replaced. The couch sags, has holes and rips. Other than location look elsewhere.

  Besides finding silverfish crawling across our beds… the rooms are very spacious but needs updating! However, the staff was very friendly and helpful in taking care of our needs and concerns!

  Poor quality maintenance. Sofa is gross and smells like dogs. Showers are gross. The door was broken in one shower and no hot water in the other. Hallways and room make you want to shower, but the shower made you not want that either. The bed had multiple stains and weird half-pillows. Will not recommend to anyone. People were nice. That's about it.
  
  Rooms: Dirty with lots of broken things.
  
  Safety: The police and an ambulance were here shortly after we arrived. The people hanging out in the parking lot were sketchy.
  
  Walkability: Can walk to most places.

  Service at the front desk was good but the rooms are terrible condition. The hotel itself is dirty the walls are stained and halls are nasty smells of mold. The rooms need maintenance the shower is broken in one bathroom and the door is broken in another bathroom along with the faucet. The room smells horrible like dirty dog and the couch and floors are so stained and disgusting. There was blood stains on the comforter. I'm very disappointed especially at $180 a night.
  
  Safety: The health and safety of guest is compromised by the disgusting hotel.

  The rooms have a terrible odor from animals and cooking food. Will not stay there again. I understand they allow animals, but it shouldn't smell like kennel. Upside, it's close to everything.

  I stayed here when I was in town for a wedding and throughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were all super nice and accommodating, I felt like I got to have genuine conversation instead of the robotic scripts you get at some places. My room was very spacious and clean when I got there. Will definitely be back here for my next trip out!

  Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for extended stay and family gatherings. Definitely worth the price!

  Probably one of the best value hotels I have been to in a while. The rooms and the pool were clean and the staff were super friendly and very helpful with whatever I needed. Will definitely come back again when I’m in town.
