I had an appointment 3 o’clock when I got there, there was somebody in the chair.I sat there for 30 minutes. I was supposed to be getting my nails done by Jason, but Jason sent me with someone else. Highly disappointed. Will not be back.

I called on a Saturday last minute. They made me an appointment, they were friendly and did not pressure me to pick a color. The atmosphere was calm. My nails came out great!! They took off my old acrylic and put dip on my real nails. I also got a pedicure. Pedicure was good, my only slight critique would be the foot massage on pedicure could use a little work. Overall, I highly recommend! You won’t regret it ?

My husband and I had another great experience here. This spa is a welcomed change as compared to the one we usually visit. Our feet feel amazing and my nails are beautiful. Staff is attentive and friendly. The spa is clean and the overall atmosphere is great. The pedicure with the extra 12 minutes massage was a treat and well worth it.

I went in for a scheduled appointment for a refill and arrived early and was barley greeted when I walked in. I previously had my nails done by another tech from another place who was on vacation and I explained this to the guy who asked me what was I there for and for some reason it was a problem for them. I normally do the solar white acrylic on my nails which I understand is more expensive than regular acrylic and he proceeded to reiterate this which I voiced understanding. He proceeded to start on my nails and while doing so I showed him the nail that was broken across he which would require repair and he huffed and puffed about it. I could clearly see that he was frustrated and while he was trying to remove the acrylic from that nail he was trying to lift it with a false nail and it started to hurt and began to bleed. So when I said it did hurt he stopped for a few but did it again until the nail was off. He then called for another tech to come look at my nail and was basically speaking in their native language which is usually not an issue for me but with the current situation I took it offensively. He continued to finish my nails and at the end with him polishing my nails, I simply asked that he polished the entire nail to cover the white acrylic and he said it would covered after he finished filing and it was not. I left with the sides of my nails not polished. I’m normally not the person to leave reviews but after this I was very frustrated and will not return after the experience and not feeling welcomed.

Very clean and bright store with a friendly and kind staff. My technician was very helpful, super thorough and my nails look fantastic. The prices were great especially for quality of service given. Will definitely be back.

got a basic pedicure with white polish. a younger man ripped out my slightly ingrown toenail while i wasn't paying attention. my toe became very infected. nail salons aren't suppose to remove ingrowns. other than that, not bad for the price. was about $30
