I bought three lighters, the total was $3.95. When I got home, I checked my transaction and saw I was charged $13.05. I called the shop, the lady who works or owns the business said, " I'm too busy" and hung up. She's also the lady who check me out.Luckily, I'm able to take a nine dollar loss but the next person might not be able to. This is my first time ever, writing a review. I thought people should know.

Not worth it! Go elsewhere. The older female employee with a very heavy accent is ridiculously rude. I’ve never boycotted a business until now.

Wide selection of nicotine vapes and smoking accessories. Unfortunately the staff/ownership is lazy here and doesn’t utilize proper manners to greet guests or thank them. It’s a very convenient location for me but I won’t spend my money here anymore.

Great local shop with plenty of different product selection. Store is neat and organized and although it's small they have outstanding variety. Staff is always friendly and does their best to give recommendations when asked. Keep up the good work!

It would be an outstanding shop if that old lady was not working there. She is the only problem i have with that shop, she either gives you the wrong stuff, cant understand you. Or even the most recent time she wouldnt even accept my payment. Bc it wasnt good enough for her so she said.Just get a person that actually knows whats goin on in a smoke shop.

The younger man who is always really high sold me the wrong coil which whatever it was just one, this time I asked for no menthol, was told it wasn’t, opened the bottle and it is. $35 I now have to throw away. Not coming back this time.

I am giving one star because at least I was refunded the money for my counterfeit vape filters I purchase when I return to the store to question and show proof ..a couple of other items I was able to get from behind the counter and check before it blew my cover were also counterfeit .... I wouldn't doubt it if the vape juice there is also counterfeit & bad for your health...not being mean just responsible consumer please don't delete my post....I will check back with them in a couple weeks and if they have removed the counterfeit stuff and have new real products I will change the Rate
