My favorite nail salon to go to for everything! Lin is the absolute best at what she does, she never fails to amaze me when I come in with ideas and reference pictures. She does them BETTER than the pictures I show. I wish my nails would grow out faster just so I can go back sooner to see what we can do! See you at my next appointment!!!

I have never been a person to get mani/pedis but started going routinely in November to Serenity, it's the only salon I visited. My nails have always been healthy but I contacted an aggressive toenail fungus from this salon. I am going to have to start oral meds, which could take up to a year to work. I like the ladies here a lot but I wanted to warn people of my experience

so, i used to come here often. i don’t recommend getting manicures, only 1 person can do designs and the rest can’t. the pedicures are really good, they always do a good job. massages are amazing. i came here last time and tried to get a coffin shaped spiderweb look for halloween and the lady said she couldn’t do it. i told her i wanted to keep the length i had, and she cut it when i told her not to. i told her i wanted a new set because i didn’t want them short and told me they didn’t have enough time. i just made her take my nails completely off and i will not be coming back for any manicures. they are also very overpriced.

Went for a brow waxing with my mom, the woman did great work, she took her time to make sure she did a good job but was still done in a timely manner. 10 dollars, great service.Update!: Years later and I still go here. I moved to a different parish and tried out places locally, but none of them did as good a job and they were ALL more expensive. Still 5 stars, if I could, I would give them 6.

I asked for a certain design and it was not coming out right and so i told her to just do white…that did not look well either. I told her to just leave them like this. These nails are extremely bulky and she got an attitude because I did not like them. The plain white were supposed to be a gel manicure and they came out unclean.Service: Acrylic nails

I saw the sign while in the shopping center and thought I'd drop in for a gel pedicure. I was directed to sit in the pedi chair but there was dirt and some sort of grease in the chair. The place definitely felt unclean especially during these Covid times.

the girl doing my pedicure did a fantastic job, manicure lady not do much... i asked for coffin shaped acrylics. one hand looks really good & the other has all different shapes. recommend pedicure, not manicures

The staff was nice. I went with a friend and got a pedicure and manicure. The lady working on my nails did a great job. The one working on a friend did not do a good job. She had bleeding areas on her hands and feet. Overall the place was very dirty. Build up of debris on chairs and surfaces. The tool used to file the feet down was extremely dirty and gross. Not all tools were sanitized between clients. The wall by the pedicure station had stacks of food and drinks and all kinds of junk all over the place. Very messy. I won’t go back. I have been here before several years ago and I remember it being nicer inside. I don’t know if it is different management now but it’s not being cared for well.
