The sales agent was nice, friendly. The prices for the mattress wasn’t transparent. You had to rely on what ever price the sales person said. Prices online was way less than actual price. I don’t think I will buy any more mattress from this store.

We walked in at 5:40 on a Sunday evening and Melissa greeted us like it was 1PM. Melissa is very knowledgeable and was not “salesy.” She walked us through the showroom and we did not feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about every product we inquired about. We will definitely be back to solicit Melissa’s expertise for our next furniture purchase.

Wendy was great! I knew what I wanted and she brought me right to it. She offered to help with other items and respected that I was there for the things I wanted and didn’t push further! I can’t wait to get my new sofa and table set on Tuesday!

Mel from the Covington Store was great and very patient with us while we were shopping for new furniture for my father’s new place. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful when it came to walking around the store picking out the perfect pieces that fit my dad’s needs. Did I mention how patient she was with us? And the best part is that she kept us within our set budget too!
Delivery day was seamless too. Even though our delivery was a little outside of the window we were given due to delays in the deliveries ahead of us, I liked the tracking system Rooms To Go has in place so I was still able to plan my day around it by checking in using the link the texted me throughout the day.
We still have a little ways to go to get my dad settled in his new place but if more furniture is needed, I’ll be sure to check out Rooms To Go first and specifically, ask for Mel’s help again.

My friends came in and bought some furniture and told me about the Veterans Day sale and told me about MELISSA helping them get the BEST deal. 2 hours later, I’m here and I realized they weren’t lying. She’s has the BEST personality and the BEST customer service. I walked out with a brand new table and will definitely be back to see Melissa!!
