I dropped in here today because my S21 was having issues with the charging port. The Gentleman behind the counter cleaned out my charging port and had it working in 2 minutes. I will be sure to return here for any future issues with my devices. Great customer service!

We were visiting from out-of-town, and my husband got his phone very wet. The friendly techs were knowledgeable and able to tell us what most likely would or wouldn't work. Unfortunately, using their drying machine would have taken 24 hours, and we would be on a plane before we could get the phone back. However, they helped us sort out what to do (forget the bag of rice - no good for drying out the inside!), and didn't charge us a thing. If we lived here, they would be our go-to guys.
