People choice need to get a better transportation service for there members

I requested transportation through my insurance company (People's Health) and gave them the date and time of my appointment. They hired Reliance transportation to pick me up. On the day of Reliance ask that you be ready 2 hour before your appointment and I figured they tell you that because for rheir more elderly clients. I was wrong. They picked me up 2 hours before and I had to wait in the lobby of my physical therapy office for my slot for an hour and a half. Since this was a round trip request I figured I would be smart and call to inform them my appointment is done. I was told that I would be picked up in 15 to 2 hours. As I write this out on my phone it has been approximately 2 hours and 12 over that now and I have still not been picked up from my appointment. When I called at the 2 hour mark someone picked up the phone and hung up. The receptionist here called and was told that they were sorry, that the person that was coming to pick me up was dropping off a different client, and that they will be here in 15 minutes. And I'm still waiting. So I warn you at all cost DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Heads up--I was just behind one of these vehicles in Abita Springs, where the driver blew completely through a stop sign at a major intersection without even braking.
