Do not do business with Regions!! They LIE!!! I made a deposit and received a hold notice from the teller, signed and dated, stating that funds would be available the next day. The next day I received and email from Regions stating that all of the funds are now on hold for 7 days. Relationships are built on trust, if I cannot trust the word of the bank, in writing and signed by an employee, then there is no trust. I won't do business with a bank that I cannot trust. The branch would do nothing, the 800 customer service would do nothing. I have been a customer for over 20 years and my sons have all opened accounts with Regions but we will be moving our business now.

Maria Guezuraga, the branch manager, is totally incredible!! Each time I have had a question, or needed help in anyway, she was extremely helpful!! Always smiling, and has a very welcomingpersonality...Yet professional at all times. The employees have always treated me with respect and were very helpful. However, they have been very polite and helpful.

Very poorly staffed. Too bad this branch is the closest Regions. It is going to be a pain to move my personal accounts and my business account. Unacceptable service at this branch. As I have sat here waiting for 47 minutes now, the 2 tellers have talked negatively about every customer that has been to this branch. This is truly sad. When I Asked if there was anyone else who could help the teller said I should try another branch.

Leslie Has repeatedly been road when I visit the drive-through at this location. When my card was taken by the ATM machine she could not have cared less. Even though I regularly use this branch she makes each visit unbearable. Today I needed change for larger bills and she quizzed me if I was a business owner or an account holder. When I advised her I was an account holder and offered my account number she information I need to see my ID. I was not making a withdraw or a deposit just changing larger bills for smaller bills. I was not aware that identity verification was required to receive change. Regions Bank you still haven't figured out what customer service is.

Angelica the bank manager is just amazing she really strives to help her customers. Your the best Angelica wish I could say the same about the regions back office but I couldn't. Thanks again!

Leslie the drive-through cashier was not accommodating she was not sympathetic with my situation she didn't give knowledgeable information to help me Resolve my issue I had my ID and all information present to cash a small personal check for my mother to myself and she did little to resolve the issue she almost had a smirk smile on her face as she told me no and that I had to come back the next day to come inside so I can cash my check. I feel regions policy as well as their employees need better training and better personal skills when dealing with people in the public you don't know why what reason or why someone needs money at a certain time and need to cash a check immediately but her to be so nonchalant and not helpful was very hurtful, i will tell all my family and friends to take thwir business else where thats regions is the worst!!!!!!!

I think its pretty pathetic that a supposed community bank will not sell you a cashiers check unless you have an account with them. No wonder account holders are charged such ridiculous fees - they turn away business.
