I went in with clanking sounds and just over $900 later, left with the same sound. I called several times to find out the status of my car, since I was told it would be ready on a certain day, and had arranged child care, but my service tech never called me back. I called the next day and reached the cashier who told me my car had been ready the day before, and that the service tech noted the clanking sound had been resolved. This is not the first time it's happened where I pay almost $1000 and get home to find the same exact problem occurring. When I bring it back, I'm told it's probably something else too, also equalling $1000. One time I was told it was a faulty part. I can't afford for them to keep fixing things that aren't the problem, paying for it, and then having to pay even more once the actual problem has been located. My husband was told he needed an $800 repair on his truck so he looked up the sounds. He fixed it himself for $14.99. It wasn't what was diagnosed.

Bad experience with the service department. Made an appointment 2 weeks out to be there at 9:00 for a 52,000 mile recommended (by GMC) maintenance check for my 2018 Terrain. Came in and was told there was no such thing as a 52,000 mile check and all they could do was change my oil and rotate my tires. She was nice but told me they were behind and it would be hours to even change the oil. She told me I would “ need to carve out the time” to drop my car off overnight to really check it out, made it a point to tell me how much it would cost more than once. As if I wasn’t prepared …. What was the point in making the appointment that GMC offered ? So I left and won’t go back.

Rainbow Northshore has taken care of my Yukon since I purchased in 2022 and they have always done a great job! Employees are all very professional and always very friendly and helpful! I purchased all my accessories through them and received everything just as ordered and always with a friendly phone call to let me know when they have come in. Service department is always very helpful with any questions or concerns I have. Will continue to trust them with my vehicle and recommend them to others in the area!

Service dept is awesome all around. Car would not start didn’t know what to do so I called your service dept and spoke with the manager. He promptly sent someone to jump my battery. I immediately went to the dealership and had new battery installed. EVERYONE from the fella that came out to the young lady and gentleman behind the desk and the cashier made me feel so welcome and I knew they were taking good care of my car. My husband always took care of these things but he passed 2 years ago. I’m so thankful for the excellent response and the welcoming care of Rainbow GMC

Tried to purchase F150 over the phone. Was told I could put $1000 down. Tried multiple times. Zero effort to call back. I did not need their financing which they kept pushing. Spoke to sales manager. Poor communication. Was unable to buy after after 2 days of it being available.

Husband drove 5+ hours from Texas to pickup a truck after making a deal over the phone with Kerry. Everything in writing, $7500 off plus .09% financing. Get there and Kerry’s mysteriously not there even though he texted during our commute. Assigned to a different sales guy. Wouldn’t honor the .09% interest financing as promised. Basically wanted more money and only willing to give $5k discount vs the $7500 as promised. Playing games. Expected us to take the offer because we drove all the way there. Scammers. Left without the deal. Rude people. The sales guy just left us. Deceitful. Don’t trust. No stars!!!

Early Saturday morning oil change. Make sure you get there before they open- first come first serve on Saturday for oil change the cars start lining up early I got there 30 minutes prior to opening (thereabouts) and was fourth in line. The wait was a few hours but we have a 2023 trail boss diesel so that was expected for the wait time. Have comfortable chairs and tables offer free coffee and vending machines close to waiting area as well as restrooms

Promised me a deal and proceeded to scam me out of it. Attempted to use my time wasted as a way to justify the jump in price on my arrival. DONT trust any agreements until you see the paper. Liars, Frauds, cheats. Avoid and go to an honest place.

DO NOT BUY YOUR GMC HERE! I am very disappointed with how scummy this dealership is. I was trying to purchase a vehicle so I decided to call before going. I got the prices fully fleshed out through a phone call and was interested. Kerry, the person I was talking to understood that I lived 5 hours away and was interested in this vehicle for this exact price, we set a date and time to arrive at the dealership. Kerry magically disappeared when I arrived and I was assisted by a new person. This new salesmen claims that Kerry said none of those things on the phone and tried to get an extra 3k out of me. Understanding that this is a bait and switch tactic, I decided to leave knowing that they will try to get as much money out of me as they can. The fact that they gave us a hostile farewell shows me that they have no respect for the customer's time or money. Please do not support this dealership.

They change a module. But never reset it with the truck. I had to call on star which put my truck in transport mode will,driving. On star said the dealer should have reset after installing. It was change due to a communication issue. It fix the on star and WiFi. But there are still communication issue. Was excited about my GMC FIRST TIME OWER. Now I am decently having second thoughts.

The last car I purchased I had a great deal of buyer's remorse. But this purchase was different. My sales person Matt treated me like family and was engaged with what I needed and wanted from the first greeting. Even our finance person Tim treated us like we were people not just customers. In the climate of the world today, we are missing the element of seeing each other like people, and I am grateful for the personal experience I received which makes my purchase even more enjoyable than the last.
