If I could give 0 stars, I truly would. I been dealing with Tommy for almost a year, going back and forth with issues with my Crossover. This man been giving me the runaround. I visited the dealership three times and my vehicle still not working properly. I'm having electrical and transmission problems, with less than 60,000 miles. Every time I speak to him excuse after excuse. This is unacceptable and I'm writing this in tears.

Updated review: Unfortunately I have to take my 5 star review down. I have been back twice since my initial visit. Still with the same problem of my aircon leaking water inside the car. It is STILL leaking on the driver's side. It is not draining water under the car after a trip, as it should. Tommy is friendly, but after paying almost $700 and giving them 3 tries to fix the problem...... the leak is still there. Will be taking my car to a different shop, as this workshop is not resolving my issue.

Was able to do a special order without any trouble at Rainbow North. The staff was excellent and made everything easy and quick.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! They robbed me of my paid off $30,000 2019 luxury Cadillac XTS with low mileage and proceeded to sell me a $63,000 flooded corvette with no warranty that they promised worked just fine. Failed to tell me the car was on its last limb & was flooded out. (All they want is money)Essentially these people will rip you off and ruin your credit. They did it to my friend who also moved to California from Louisiana... he told me he had to go with a friend to get a Honda civic from Rainbow because they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money for it. Also when I sold my Cadillac they failed to turn in the old plates (Them not doing so lead to me getting my license suspended) which I had to fly back to Louisiana for and pay $500 out of my own pocket for something I didn't do, I'm not a criminal the people there are ridiculously selfish and stuck in some old ideology. I don't own the Cadillac anymore so the fact they took my old car and left me with a piece of crap Is unacceptable. I don't even live in Covington anymore because Louisiana is so backwards. In general the whole place is a scam stay away from this state please.

Purchased our 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Plugin Hybrid on 8/05/23 from Derek (sales) and Chad (sales mgr). Both did an outstanding job and really took care of us from beginning to end. We will definitely be back for any needs in the future. A+ service.

I had a great rapport with salesperson Levi. Did a bunch of work via phone and texting since I was out of state. Inquiry to Purchase Invoice took 2 days but we had everything worked out including the shipping for the vehicle. I had to call for status after all was confirmed and Levi notified me that they had sold the car that I had already had a purchase agreement on. Not only that, they said they had a question on my financing but not to worry, they didn't run a full credit inquiry. Not sure how you would have a question if you didn't run my credit (which was 800). Come to find out that not only did they sell the car out from under me, they did run a full credit check. I was told the Used Car Manager would call me, but my salesperson said my phone number didn't work. The same phone number I had been using to communicate with the salesperson for 3 days. Super disappointed.
