Top notch service! I really like the Ochsner in Covington's entire facility and staff, and the doctors that are at this clinic. Dr Troy Davis is the best PC doctor I have ever seen, I've been going to him for 6 years now. Also Dr Olga Fermo (neurologist), Dr Lindsey Xiao (podiatrist) and Dr Jeanine Martin (rheumatologist) are the best in their specialty, and they have been terrific in treating my issues. I also want to mention orthopedic surgeon Dr Joey LaMartina at the St Tammany Bone & Joint Clinic, part of Ochsner. He did my total knee replacement and did an outstanding job. I didn't even have a bruise! I had consulted with others in the field and it didn't feel right. When I met with Dr LaMartina, I knew he was the man to do my knee replacement, and I was right, he does amazing work. I consider Ochsner in Covington "my" clinic and I don't want to go anywhere else for care. And the clinic also has PJ's Coffee and that is a HUGE plus for me as an espresso only drinker. Thank you Ochsner Covington for all that you've done for me! I am very grateful!

This is one of the best pharmacies we have ever used. It is small but more efficient and well organized. Prescriptions are filled rapidly and they communicate with you to manage expensive medications. They coordinate refills for you, recognize everyone and are always friendly. I am really not easy to please as a health care consumer, but this pharmacy staff exceeds my expectations! One of Ochsner’s hidden gems!!

Everyone was very helpful, from the greeters, ladies at the desk, & nurses. I sometimes pass out when I get blood drawn but after telling the nurse, she made sure I’d be in a safe spot just in case. And she did an awesome job at distracting me by talking to me to help get my mind off of it. She was successful! I didn’t pass out! All the staff seem to genuinely care about the patients. I’d highly recommend this facility.

I had an appointment for 9:30, upon arrival I was told that my appointment for a breast digital, ultra sound was cancelled. I had no idea. Therefore, I could not reschedule an appointment, my off week.?

I love this pharmacy. Talk about above and beyond.... my pharmacy tech delivered my prescription to my car so I didn’t have to get out and be exposed to any of the current viruses going around because I have a poor immune system. Best customer service ever!

Hearing machines didn’t work properly and I don’t feel like we got an accurate reading because all my toddler was worried about was Mickey Mouse and the lights.

Too many surveys everytime you visit. Great care, but knowing that you will be receiving at least 1 survey makes it a negative experience.
