I've been coming to this location for 8 years, and they have NEVER let me down. Alex and his team are amazing for people who are serious about their fitness and health. They're always busy, but it's worth the wait, they know their stuff!! Do InBody analysis, it's definitely a motivator!! Tell 'em Deena sent you!!

The owner is very helpful and direct. There's a machine here that weighs you and tells you the amount of fat muscle in water in your body. It's very helpful for tracking progress.
