Northshore Toyota made a the purchase of my new truck an excellent experience. My sales rep was Michael Mosher and he has great product knowledge and made the entire process very easy and smooth. I also would like to add Kevin Zeringue our finance manager. Kevin made the financing and paperwork a breeze. I highly recommend Northshore Toyota.

BUYERS BEWARE of Northshore Toyota!I bought a new car from them 10 years ago with no problems at all, so when I decided to buy another vehicle, I went back to them. Huge mistake. I had searched on the Toyota.com website for the exact car, color, etc. that I wanted, and spoke to one of the sales managers there. I went in and gave them a $500 deposit for the car and waited for it to come in. I had told the sales manager that I wanted rubber floor mats instead of the carpeted ones that came with the car and he said no problem, that he would change them out for me (they were the same price). I had also told the sales manager on the phone that I didn't want the "Northshore Toyota" silver emblem on the back of the car and he assured me that they take those off of cars all the time with no problem. I asked him if it would damage the paint, and he repeated that it wouldn't.I went in the next day, signed paperwork, etc., and reminded the salesman about taking off the emblem. When he took it to the service department, they took the emblem off and also took some of the paint with it, so there was chipped paint and a scratch in the paint. Someone had tried to "touch up" the chipped paint and of course it looked terrible. They said I could either get my car back from CarMax next door to them (which I had just sold a few hours before for $3000 more than Northshore offered me for a trade-in) or take the car home and then bring it back in for them to have a professional come in to "fix" the chipped paint. I called CarMax, and of course they don't let you come back and get your car back once they buy it. And keeping the car with the chipped paint wasn't acceptable to me.We went back inside and the sales manager said there was another vehicle like this one coming in a couple of weeks and I could have that one. I told him I wouldn't have any way to get around, and he said that I could use one of their rental cars. I asked him how much that would cost me and he said "Nothing, we'll take care of it", so I said OK. I even signed a rental agreement and the price and everything on the whole form was left blank.I kept track of the new car coming in on Toyota.com, and noticed that my car's "Dealer Advertised Price" was $1069 less than the "SRP" price because the 2024 cars were coming out. I called the sales manager and informed him of the price difference, and he said that was a mistake, and that unless I saw it on Northshore Toyota's website, it was wrong. I looked on the NorthshoreToyota.com website and sure enough, the lower price was there too, and on all of the other 2023 models of that vehicle. I told the sales manager that, and he said it was a mistake and he got someone to change the price just on that one 2023 vehicle on Northshore's website, but not on the rest of the 2023 models. The price stayed the same on the Toyota.com website. No paperwork on the new vehicle had been signed at this point. The salesman under the sales manager tried to call me, but I was on the other line and he texted me, saying that the sales manager was trying to call me and that it was "good news". I called the sales manager back, and he told me that I could have the "Dealer Advertised Price", but I could tell by his voice that he wasn't happy about it. I told him that I would come in the next day to sign paperwork and pick up the car.The next day I went to the dealership, thinking I'd just go straight to the finance manager and sign paperwork. The sales manager was off that day, but the salesman came over and had a piece of paper to show me that had some "changes" on it. They had added $789 to the cost of the car and said it was for a "car rental fee" and the rubber car mats, both of which I had been told were no charge to me! The finance manager tried to appease me by justifying the charges with all of the typical car salesman BS that they hand you, saying they wouldn't make enough profit on the car if t

What a five star experience! Mr. Tim Brown is a very professional, knowledgeable and courteous person. That is who I want to do business with. He was excellent at communicating with me, amazing at building rapport with his customers and he was also sure to keep me updated on when my car would arrive at the dealership. I was able to get the exact car I wanted, in the color and trim I wanted. Everyone else in sales were very nice as well. Such a difference from the other dealerships that I visited prior to making the 2 hour drive to Northshore Toyota. Again, GREAT job Tim! Thanks Northshore!

Nick was incredibly helpful and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle's features. Genuinely cared about making our car-buying experience a low stress one! Thanks, thanks, and more thanks! I love my new 4Runner, and I bought it 10 hours ago! Strongly recommend this dealership to help you get the car/truck you need. Thanks, Nick!

We were looking for a replacement car which my wife would be comfortable driving. David, worked with us to find the right vehicle. My wife is small and doesn’t like large vehicles to manage. The RAV4 was just right. We were able to work out the financing quickly and drove away in a short time. My wife really likes the choice she made.

I posted a negative review earlier but just wanted to add something. If I had a negative experience at your dealership, your response should not be for me to contact YOU. I tried to call and get my problem handled and received the telephone runaround. I most certainly am NOT going to inconvenience myself again by trying to call your dealership. If YOU want to discuss something, then YOU contact ME. Duh, that's pretty simple. I'm so glad that some people have had a positive experience. I, however, have not. I had to pay someone else to correctly do what your service department was supposed to do for free. Inexcusable. Then, you didn't do what you said you did. That's fraud. You can't be trusted. Why in the world would I EVER let your dealership touch my truck again. Then, after exposing what happened to me, my truck would probably be sabotaged if I ever brought it to you again for service. Your dealership probably has some really good technicians, I just didn't get one. If you do decide to issue a response to this, other than your typical umbrella response, please, please, please.....DO NOT attempt to insult my intelligence. Your service department dropped the ball on this one.....PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

You can trust service department! Not any other.. warranty services are lied about when buying car...they say for this many miles and turn around and say you brought it in 4 times. According to warranty we cover 4 repairs not till 60,000 miles. Been a hassle getting warranty work even done have to convince them to look at your contract to get warranty work completed. Just a sad experience when I'm only 20,000mi into car.Wish there was transparency instead of hey screw you gotta pay now.

First of all, before I got to the front doors, I was greeted my a very nice man who showed me the vehicle I liked and all of its new features. We took the car for a test drive and at that moment, I fell in love. Today I went home with my dream car, worked with the very patient salesman to operate my fully loaded vehicle, and another nice gentleman wrapped up all the paperwork for me and gave me the keys. Such a smooth, easy purchase - it just couldn't get any better this! Thank you Charles and Northshore Toyota!

I had the best experience at Toyota! I bought a new 2023 Corolla LE and Logan Sharp took care of me. He was polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions about the Corolla. From start to finish, I was probably there for three hours. I would recommend Toyota of Covington as well as referring to Logan. Thank you so much again! I love my car!

Be careful with these guys. I am an out-of-town buyer and they screwed up my title work, causing me a major headache plus $3000. I bought an $85,000 truck from them and did not feel as though they had any desire to provide me with customer service once they had my money. Spoke with multiple folks up to the general manager, Tony, and I would encourage you to seek a Toyota elsewhere.Update 8/30/23: I'm not sure how to reply to the response from the dealership, but for those reading this please note that their response is not honest. They are inaccurately portraying what I was asking for, and misrepresenting their follow-up. I look forward to sharing this story with my students at the University of Colorado where I teach Ethics.Again, just be careful and maybe consider taking your business to a place that operates with Integrity.

I had a great experience at Northshore Toyota with Mr. Tim Brown. The transaction was pretty smooth and painless. He got me what was needed on my trade to get me into the SUV I wanted and it didn't take long. Great customer service goes a long way and we traveled to Northshore Toyota to get it...I'm glad we did!

I worked with Andrew McIntyre. Buying a new car is stressful, and I understand full well that the dealerships are in the business to make money, but overall I felt like Andrew treated me respectfully and honestly. Who knows if I could have gotten a better deal, but I don’t think I got the worst. I left excited about my new car, which is how you should feel, not traumatized like last time I bought a car. I would go back next time.
