This is a very helpful mom and pop shop. They ordered everything I needed to get my truck lifted and all the accessories I wanted to add, every was completed quickly! I'm very happy with the results!! This is my new "go-to" place!

Would not recommend for window visors. Had 2 sets installed and both warped horribly and he blamed me for both sets warping. Said I didn't leave windows all the way up which he was wrong. I did exactly what he told me both times. The windows never did go all the way up after installing. After second set did the same thing I was told they only honor one set replacement. No refund but offered another set that may have been in back. i didn't want the same thing. That's all that was offered. Left without visors.

I was quoted a price of $1950 for a bed cover installed. I was asked for my credit card over the phone one week before installation so they would order the bed cover for my truck. At no time was I ever informed of additional fees. (Taxes are expected. That’s a no brainer.) After installation I was asked for my credit card. Still no mention of additional fees or even a total amount. The hand written receipt included the cover and installation at $1950 but had two additional fees that were not identified on the receipt. I had to tell the owner who was trying to give me a demo of the cover that I needed to go back and figure out what the charges were. Inside I was told it was tax and a credit card fee. This would not have been an issue if I was told there would be a fee ahead of time. I would have used another form of payment.Now I return to the parking lot where I expressed my dissatisfaction with the credit card fee being slipped in. The owner accused me of cursing them out. Then he told me I had two choices. One was to be refunded the credit card fee. The second was that he would take “his” cover off my truck. Keep in mind that this is after I paid in full. This guy was a complete jerk.I would not recommend that anyone do business here. It’s a shady establishment with owners that don’t know the first thing about being up front, honest and respectful. Not to mention, they tried to tell me that my trailer hitch needed to be replaced with a $350 hitch that they sold.

Five star rating! They did everything to make a customer satisfied. They worked with the cover company when there were problems with leaks. They and the company, Undercover, corrected the problem. Even upgraded the cover to satisfy the customer. Michelle is the best! And her husband who does the installation too!
