First of all the car wasn’t detailed and had no gas in it but it was late at night but I noticed an orange stain under the passenger mat and then noticed a week later that it was wet! I contacted Northlake Auto and they denied paying for Christian Brothers to look at the leak. I went by there and Chandler said if it would have been within the month you bought the car, I could have paid for it. IT WAS WITHIN THE MONTH - I bought the BMW on November 7th and it was December 4th! Also, the temp tag they gave me expired in November 6, 2023 and I bought the car the day after! I also said I wanted $7,000 for 2 trade ins - a Mercedes and a Lexus SUV and they only gave me $6,000 and didn’t even tell me. I am so sick of guys prowling on women when it comes to cars. They take advantage of woman because we don’t know much about cars. I feel like I was totally taken advantage of!

Arriving at the car lot I was greeted asked if I wanted a beverage and was informed someone would be with me shortly. A few minutes later we were escorted into the finance office handled the transaction as to closing on the purchasing of a vehicle. The owner was very professional and polite and the completion of the entire financing transaction as smooth as possible. I will most definitely recommend Northlake Auto car lot to others and I most definitely will be returning to purchase another vehicle.
