Tremendous service and installation job, everyone I dealt with was very patient and knowledgeable. My wife & I love the floors and quality of product and installation. They were patient when we were deciding among options and quick to find similar options when ones we chose were not available by our desired time of completion. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to fix up their floors!

We worked with Frank from start to finish. What an unbelievably classy experience. He was spot on with everything; communication, following up, etc. We made a mistake and picked a color carpet that was much lighter than we realized. Frank worked with ownership and the manufacturer to provide a more than reasonable solution. That light carpet that we were fearful of getting VERY dirty looking very quick has actually held up awesome just as Frank told us it would. Even a few spills that came right up with warm water and vinegar. Because of this we will keep all of our flooring business and needs with them in the future.

Was looking for replacement bathroom tiles. Large local chain stores couldn't help. Friendly staff at Noel's quickly located a good close match and I received the shipment the next week.

What a disappointment. This company is disorganized and seemingly incompetent. One of their salespeople kept promising to call me with a quote for an incredibly simple order. This happened 4 times in a row, each time requiring me to call back a week later to re-request it. Then it'd slip his mind again. I called today (too lazy to find another source for this product), explained my past difficulties and asked to deal with Noel directly, Noel promised to call me back with a quote. I receive a call back - not from Noel, but from the hapless salesperson who delayed my DIY project a month. When I expressed my frustration to him, he said ok, goodbye. Guess he's heard it all before. There are better flooring companies around. I'd avoid this one.

My wife and I visited many different flooring places and found this one is the BEST in Southeast Louisiana. Mr. Noel Maestri personally took care of us to make sure we were happy and received the best quality floor. His team came into our home and removed all the carpeting and replaced the floors with COREtec flooring in four rooms in one day. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and I have to say the quality of the work was superb
