Great place to order parts as staff has always helped me out when trying to figure out the right part to what is causing me issues. Very knowledgeable staff and always go here for any of my part needs.

Had to change a truck tire last minute to finish a job. No where had the tool I needed. Stopped at napa and Richard went out of his way to help me. Even though they didn't have he helped me put together something that worked and got me back on the road. Can't thank him enough, a true credit to this business.

Love location & most of staff only bc I don't know a couple new peeps. Attention & focus on the customers being waited on by employees needs to improve so merchandise doesn't exchange hands & later, the customer realizes its not the right part so one or multiple trips to the store have to occur in order to rectify the issues. **A quick refresher course of all in store and warehouse inventory, especially on the floor with several types of a products that are similar with a minute difference, but will cause a huge difference to your specific project needs if incorrect part installed. Wouldn't be a bad idea at all. Make a monthly exercise and swap employees to a different position. Like parts salesperson has an inventory checklist for the store front and an inventory for all the products on hand is performed monthly. Rotate days of parts salespeople to follow covid guidelines as well as Napa online guidelines.
