The sales reps and managers are very receptive as soon as I walk in the door. They are sales reps, not technicians or IT but I greatly appreciate the efforts they put in to try to help me with tech issues or they guide me in the direction of where to get help if it’s beyond their expertise. They have great customer service skills and assist me in getting my bill where it needs to be so I don’t have to call the billing department. They’re able to get my tv services, internet and cellular service at an affordable price that works for me. I love that it’s a one stop shop for my entertainment needs! Keep up the good work!”

1170 N Hwy 190, Covington“Diana at Verizon on Hwy 190 in Covington, Louisiana is truly an asset to Verizon. If it weren’t for her tenacious, kind and understanding personality I would have canceled my service with Verizon and returned to AT&T. The mess created on my account was the biggest spider web of incompetence I’ve ever seen. Each time Verizon was called to correct a problem, another was created. Once I entered the store itself and explained the situation Diana listened and literally took the reins in this rodeo of events. Diana stayed in touch with me daily reassuring me that she was working on a resolution and would not stop until the account was returned to the original status. I personally spent about 20 hours on the issues created by multiple Verizon customer service employees while I’m certain Diane spent well over 40 hours and over 3 weeks on my account alone. Diana is the only reason that Verizon did not lose a large account. I will never do business again through customer service. I have complete faith in Diana to take care of any of my Verizon needs in the future. Diana has over 20 years experience and is truly an asset to Verizon. I hope they realize that!”
