I went in kind of in a hurry but in need of HELP!!! The mattress I bought less than a year ago from a different merchant has been making my back problems worse. I was met with a smile by Jenni and she was all ears and very understanding. She listened to my needs and I left feeling better about my future sleeping situation with purchasing a Beauty Rest pillow top at a great deal!! She was an angel.

I needed a SUPER last minute twin mattress for my daughter’s new bedframe. We thought the one we had would work but it was too high and not right. I called John at the Highway 190 location 2 hours before they closed (with bedtime fast approaching and a cranky toddler at home with her dad) and he was able to call their sister location on 21 to find me a twin mattress within 10 minutes that was the perfect size just in time for bedtime. I was so worried we were in for a long night but they were so helpful, and even helped me load it into my car working around the carseat. Thank you to both John and the kind man working at the Highway 21 location for being so quick and helpful! She is asleep snug as a bug in a rug on her new mattress.
