Since my last review was taken down...I'll continue to post...the pedicure was literally 15 minutes...no leg massage...she had an attitude...wanted to argue with me..toes look like a child painted them. $45.00 wasted...
Never again...go somewhere that they actually care about customers

Joseph did my toes while Helen worked on my fiancée. They were so thorough and so friendly! This was our first trip at this establishment and we will be returning!

I WISH I could give this review 0 stars. I am so upset about how my nails came out. First things first I scheduled a few days prior for an appointment for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure at 4pm. I got there and was immediately told to quickly pick out my color and to go to my seat. A little rude but ok… I sat for about 25 minutes as she was doing my nails, her 4:30 appointment walked in. She rushed to finish my acrylics like she was running out of time? Then I was told to wash my hands and go to another spot so a different person could paint my nails? I showed the picture that I wanted (a black French tip) and this was done rushed as well. I would also like to add that the color that was done was brown instead of black like I requested. At this point I was so over this experience that I paid and left. I am so disappointed with how I was treated and how horrible my nails were done. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Thank you, great work on your nails. The staff was friendly. My friend's and my nails came out beautifully. The only issue that I had was that the price I was quoted over the phone and the price that I paid were very different. Based off of my quote over the phone, my nails would have been fifty dollars and my friends should have been thirty five. I was charged a hundred and fifteen dollars before tip. So either I was quoted the wrong price or they have a very high tax rate.

I recently moved to Covington from NYC, where I've had my nails done for 25 years. I never thought I'll find a place that matches the service I've been getting in NY, but these girls are really marvelous. Today was my first visit, and I already have my next one scheduled. From getting checked in to the dip manicure, pedicure, and face waxing, the treatment was amazing. Too bad they only do face wax, I would've loved to be able to get a full wax service here too.

One of the best quality nail salons I have been too. They did ombré dip and they always have room for customization.My nails also grow out by a lot when having dip because it lasts me at least a month !

This used to be my preferred spa for a pedicure but no more. The last two pedicures, by two different techs, left my cuticles bleeding and this past week was the worst. Two days later along with the throbbing and application of antibiotic ointment, I've got a full-blown infection. Not what you want when you expect a pedicure. The staff needs to be retrained and ownership should pay attention.

This is the BEST group of manicurists I’ve found in this area. Been doing my hands and feet for years and am always delighted at the result here. They have never hurt me and they are lovely polite people. Highly recommend.Services: Pedicure
