If I could give negative 100 stars I would. This place is judgemental, full of lies, and they do things illegally. Don't know how they are even still in business. O wait, yes I do. People in this area don't have any other places to go

The worst customer service. Chief Warrant Officer retired USN. The owner refuses to fill a doctors prescription. Staff treated my wife like a dog when she called. Would not recommend this Pharmacy. Does not take all tricare.

These people are dishonest. They lied when they gave me the wrong medication. I took the wrong drug for 5 days before I realized it was the wrong medication. I called them and they lied about what happened. Claimed that the computer made a mistake. They apologized and had me return the drugs and replaced them with the correct medication. I originally thought it was my insurance that did it but it was the pharmacist who screwed up. Seems like there’s always an issue. They actually canceled one of my prescriptions when I got a dose increase and they neglected to tell me that I didn’t have any refills available on the new prescription. So I couldn’t get them when I needed them. I need this medicine to stay alive. I realized that my medication wasn’t there after I picked up at the drive through. So I went back around to see what was going on. They told me that I didn’t have any refills and I’d have to call the doctor. I asked them to call and they didn’t want to call. I told them that I had Covid and I should not even be out running errands and they wanted me to come back the next day. I called my doctor when I got home with no problem and was able to a get new prescription. When I called the pharmacy back they said I threatened them and was trying to grab the girl and pull her through the window. That’s INSANE! I was talking and waving my hand and told them I hope they don’t get Covid. They are liars! They will say anything to cover their mistakes. If any of that was true they should have called the police. They didn’t because there’s a security camera at the window that would have proved that they were lying. Oh and the pharmacist is always pushing CBD gummies and laundry sheets while you are waiting for your prescriptions. She has a captive audience and puts on the hard sell while you are stuck there waiting. I’m reporting them for the mistake they made on the wrong medication and for canceling my other prescription. Who knows how many other people they have given the wrong medication to.

Best family pharmacy ever! I stay away from big box store pharmacy’s. They never help you unlike Ms. Pam and her awesome crew. If thwarted can’t get it for me they find it for me until they can get it. Always keeps me informed on my meds. Also if insurance messes me over she has great cash prices!! Customer for life right here!

This place here is bad I spoke with the owner all she did was try to refer me to other places. I have private insurance she treated me like was trying to get a certain medication filled and I wanted my whole profile sent. Bad business I wouldn’t refer her to anybody

This pharmacy helped me so much by going above and beyond to find out why my medication was not covered by my insurance. She went above and beyond to determine an easy resolution when another unnamed pharmacy was just quoting me their cash price with no further assistance. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Pam that works here is an actual angel, she was super sweet on the phone and answered all the questions I had without any hesitation! Even my mother called in the morning and Pam was always being so helpful and nice! it was refreshing!

This has to be by far the best pharmacy I've ever did business with!!! Every time I walk in there, the ladies behind the counter are always so inviting and they always greet me and make me feel like I'm more like a family member than a customer!! I just love going there just to see and say hi to them!!! Let's try to support family locally owned business and switch over to Layton's Family Pharmacy!!! I love you Pamela!!! I love you girls!!!

From the professionalism of the pharmacist Pam, to her friendly staff, the service here is impeccable! Keep business local, and do a little shopping also. Laytons has a great gift selection for any occasion. Shop while waiting in your prescriptions. Pam is very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any questions you may have.

I wanted to thank you guys for such a great experience in getting the first round of the COVID-19 vaccine. It was so great I'm considering moving some business your way from other pharmacies.While the Governor Edwards said expanding eligible was "probably the worst-kept secret" during his March 9, 2021 press briefing, you wouldn't have known that trying to schedule a shot! I called and checked websites for everyone. You guys were the only ones who seemed even a little prepared, telling me to stop by and we'll get you signed up.The person at the drive-thru window was super helpful and (much to my surprise) was able to get me scheduled for a shot the next day.Getting the shot the next day was super easy. All the paperwork was ready to go and, within a few minutes, I had my shot and was on my way!We'll see you again for my second shot... and maybe before!
