Excellent store and a great location. This kohls is always clean and everything is always in order. Associates are always friendly and ready to help. I wish they still carried the Mark Anthony mens clothing line.

I went to Kohl's in Pinnacle Parkway Friday, October 13, to get my online order. It was about 10:35 am. Customer Service said someone would be in the back area to help find my items. I was unable to connect with the Kohl's app on my cell phone to get the bin the number I needed. When no one came near that area after 25 minutes I left. The 1st time I had an item to pick up a nice young lady helped me find the bin quickly. I plan to go back Monday, Oct 16 for items ordered & hope there is someone there to help me. I like that Kohl's; it is clean and convenient but very short staffed!

Extremely impressed with this Kohls location! Pleasant employees, store was immaculate from clean bathrooms to spotless dressing rooms, fast and friendly checkout, Tracy was super nice! A very wonderful experience, we’ll definitely be returning!!! Thank you!!!

We live quite a good distance from the Covington, LA Kohl’s Store, but we love going there! Great merchandise, reasonably priced, awesome clearance sales, super clean store! Great people working there! Oh it’s the only place I buy my clothes now!!

What's going on at Kohl's in Covington? In this time of "HELP WANTED" signs everywhere, their store is clean, well-stocked, abundant with great values AND super friendly staff who politely but unobtrusively check in with everyone they run across: "Finding everything okay?" is much appreciated!

Sorry, I'm just not a fan of Kohl's. It's nothing against this store but I find the prices are high for non name brand items. I personally like to go into a store, see the price, decide if I want it and check out. I don't want to figure out the coupons, cash back bucks etc. I also don't want a 28% interest credit card to save even more. The coupons are only good for items marked up with no name. They don't work on good items suchs as Legos on brand named merchandise.
