Service department is less than helpful and willing to help with warranty issues.

Purchased a 2021 Subaru at Baldwin Motors. Murray Cleveland and everyone at Baldwin Motors were very courteous, attentive and had excellent customer service! Communication during the whole process was very helpful.

Went to have new tires balanced and installed and upon receiving my vehicle back, I noticed two deep scratches on two different wheels. Never returning. UPDATE- Lindsey reached out to me and sent me two new wheels. Thank you Lindesy!
