“I brought in my wife's small favorite necklace which broke and needed to be repaired. Mr Michael, the owner, cleaned and repaired it quickly and for a great price! I just found my new jewelry store on the north shore!”
“He did a great job on replacing the broken bands on 3 heirloom diamond rings and fixing the prong on my original wedding ring. His communication with the customer needs a little work.Overall, a very nice guy and great work.”
“Great. Often will make a minor repair free. Knowledgeable, patiently explains each piece of jewelry that you maybe interested in or will help you design a piece.”
“First and foremost, I came in with my family’s Howard Miller Grandfather Clock. It has been in my family for over a decade and for the last 3 or so years, it hasn’t been working. I figured it was time to do something about it and was hesitant to have someone else’s hands on it. Though I’m glad to say I brought it in and they treated it like it was the most precious thing in the world! They took their time and analyzed everything over a few weeks. After they fixed it. I came in to finish my transaction. They are VERY good with their pricing. The fact that I didn’t have to give an arm and a leg was the best feeling in the world. Business etiquette on point and when it comes to clocks and their batteries. They got it!”
“Very nice employees...took the time to show me what I wanted to look at. So we used there lay a way program to buy a ring that I will hopefully be able to wear when it's finally paid off. Thanks CAP for that and see you soon!”
“I know this sounds crazy and my wife thought I was. She needed a clasp on her boot repaired and the local shoe repair was closed on Monday. After I looked at it closer I thought it just needed a couple of small jewelry screws to reattach it. So traveling by DeLuca's on our way home I decided to stop. I did this on April 1st and assured the young lady at the front desk it wasn't an April Fools joke. The employees could not have been friendlier. Instead of telling me they could not help me they took the boot found a screw that fit and repaired it. I would not by any means tell people to take their shoes to DeLuca's for repair but when shopping for jewelry or jewelry repair I will certainly go to DeLuca's. These people are unbelievably kind and generous. A refreshing shopping experience that seems to be rare these day.”
