Super friendly, and helpful staff, sent pictures of what was wrong, and used quality OEM parts, and was very quick with the repair! My Lincoln has 255k miles, and it is driving like brand new. Thank you Jefferson auto service. It’s shops like this one that people seek after for sure.

I took my car here after being receiving my diagnostic from the actual dealer. They quoted me a significantly cheaper price and the diagnostic recommended different repairs than were recommended by the dealer. I decided to go with Jefferson and my car rides beautifully. The mechanic that I spoke to was knowledgeable and kept in contact with me about my vehicle. Alexis was great with providing information when I called in and she really made me feel welcomed when I first met her. I will definitely recommend Jefferson and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed in the future.

Brought a vehicle here to get a pre-purchase inspection completed. They did a great job finding any issues and gave me suggestions on what to ask from the dealership. They also gave me a great restaurant recommendation while I waited for the inspection. Highly recommend them for anything automotive.
Edit: 3 months later, I decided to tackle the brake pads on my own, since I was told that the brakes were needing to be changed soon, which was stated between 2-3 months. I popped off the front tires and saw the brake pads were good. Maybe had another 20,000 miles on them or more! So I popped off the back ones and same thing. I find it disingenuous to tell someone that they need something when in fact, they didn’t need it at all.

Quick, affordable and pleasant service. I came in for a brake replacement, and they found that my drive belt was dehydrated and cracking. All fixed by the next day.
Alexis is a pleasure to work with, and their customer service was amazing. She called me to give me updates every step of the way.
