“Tyler, the store manager, needs a raise! I'm in heath care administration. I dropped my phone, and dealing with the insurance process on their website was challenging. He helped me along with his supportive staff. I felt like I was one of my patients being cared for by this store. I was so overwhelmed by this teams help that I upgraded my son's phone. Mars was so knowledgeable that he actually helped lower my monthly bill! Thank you, Mars, for your amazing help with my son's new phone! I love T-MOBILE because of customer service that feels like family style dining! These employees deserve more than verbal recognition ?! They need ? capital!
