Basic Hilton Garden Inn. Front desk personnel are super nice, both check in and check out. Breakfast buffet was not the norm, no cook to order food available. For $13pp it was similar to a Hampton Inn breakfast without the waffles. We picked this hotel over the Hampton Inn (just down the street), specifically for the breakfast so this was a little disappointing.
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants within a short drive. Walmart 6 minute drive.

Hotel was very clean, bright and aesthetically pleasing. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient, would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent. Jenna at the front desk exceeded our expectations! She was super sweet! Rooms were clean and comfy! Breakfast was great as well! Thanks so much!

The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff are friendly. The rooms however are in dire need of refurbishing. The carpet is old and stained, the bathrooms worn, the acs have issues. Our room has a strong order of dust and laying in the bed it was even worse. It doesn't appear housekeeping cleans the rooms very frequently. We already had to have a room change due to ac issue so I wasn't in the mood to request another room. Would I stay here again? No.

People and staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast teams, but no housekeeping service unless requested and even when requested they don’t make the beds. AC in gym was broken and even when fixed after raising with staff, was broken the next day again. Hotel is still using COVID as an excuse for poor levels of service

So good. Room was spacious and clean. There is a welcome water with cucumber or lemon as well as coffee and tea in the lobby counter and you feel free to drink.
Dining tables in the lobby are also comfortable to have some meal. Breakfast served. Noon check out.

Staff was very friendly but I was very disappointed in the room and service. I'm a hilton honors member and stay at hilton properties often. There were bugs like gnats on the bedside table when we arrived. There were larger bugs in the bathroom. The AC units were right outside the window and it sounded like an eighteen wheeler coming into the room every time the compressor turned on. We didn't have enough towels and wash cloths and had to request more. We also had no condiments for coffee and only decaf cups. No extra toilet paper. Very disappointing.

Was difficult to get into the parking area. Very crowded and close.
Food & drinks: Was nice they had a restaurant for dinner, but you had to pay for breakfast. I feel that should have been complimentary as most hotels do.

Ordered a hamburger in the bar cooked well.
It was half cooked when i got it after 25 mins of waiting.

The room service lacks on attention to detail..the body wash was completely out when I arrived and then after requesting room service they missed it totally and next day missed towels in room.
Now the good,
The staff at front desk is awesome and the hotel is clean. Whoever lacks attention for room service needs to get it right because all the other staff is on point. Also the staff responded quickly to excessive noise on the floor above they kept pounding floor for some reason but was handled swiftly..

This place has fresh coffee from Community Brand, they also have breakfast on site but charges. The hotel is bigger than I expected. I haven't checked out the pool yet but I will soon.

I've stayed here a couple of times and have always enjoyed it. It's a bit of a walk from the front desk to the elevator, so consider a ground floor room if accessibility is a concern. I appreciate the bar area in the lobby that has a couple drafts from nearby Abita Brewery. The parking area is a bit small. Quite a bit of shopping and food options nearby.
