Was directed here by Splendor Farms to do a collection on my dog for breeding. My time there was short but everyone was friendly and helpful. The vet, who had only seen my dog once before was very nice and remembered his name. Although he wasn’t very successful at his job the vet was at hers. She had us in and out with some tips on how to improve the chances of a good collection next time. If I didn’t live out of state, I would bring my dogs here. They also had facilities for horses and I assume, other large animals. Nice, large facility.

I drove 10 hours to get my dog bred. I found everyone at this practice very accommodating extremely knowledgeable and priced very reasonably.

I used Dr. Lewis a year ago to inseminate my Pomeranian and the result was two lovely puppies. I returned this year to have her inseminated with the sperm of my male and there was no pregnancy. I know that there is no guarantee for puppies, but I called to speak to Dr. Lewis to ask him some questions. I left several messages and spoke to the front desk as to why he never called me back and all they told me was that the message was in his box. It is now over a month later and I have still not gotten a call back from Dr. Lewis after several calls and emails. It seems that he is more interested in horse breeding than dog breeding and, even though I spent over $800 for all of the testing and breeding and driving an hour to the clinic and an hour back, my case is not important enough for him to call me back. I cannot understand why he thinks his time is more important than giving me the courtesy of calling me back to answer my questions. I will go elsewhere for my ingemination needs from now on and will not recommend his clinic to anyone looking for this service. I will relay this information to my veterinarian, who recommended the clinic to me in the first place. They are more interested in horse breeding than dog breeding.

Our experience is with French Bulldog reproduction. They were 100% accurate and keeping our mom's health at front of mind. They answered all of our questions and opened at least 2x off of their posted hours to accommodate progesterone / AI / reverse progesterone / delivery for us - All with the dam's health at front of mind. All throughout a holiday weekend.Everyone answered my millions of questions and were kind the entire time.If you're having trouble with your dam not taking - you aren't listening to their process. Spend the money and do it right.

My first visit to Greene, Lewis & associates. Went in for reproductive services, I think I found a great place located a short ride out in the country. Arrived on time, was processed in efficiently, saw the vet shortly after that, very pleased with the whole experience. Great job.

I have been using them for years and had no issues. Until recently! They claim my dog tried to attack them which isn't true. Seems they are trying to stop seeing bigger dogs. All I keep seeing there are frenchies. Very disappointed as this is the only place that progesterone tests around us

Incredible experience. Dr Lewis saved my baby's life for me! All of the staff was so kind and really went out of their way for myself and my goat. Will be coming back for sure ! What a great place. ❤️

Horrible customer service. I had a great communication relationship with a former employee who I would usually call and speak with if I had questions or help. After she left which was at the beginning of the pandemic, the good service changed. I brought my female dog who was in heat to get progesterone tested and have a transurgical AI done. My female didn’t take and then I called to speak with them only to find out someone made a mistake and apparently my female was past ovulation when I brought her but they failed to tell me this and decided to do the surgical anyways. Basically taking my money. Then when their new employee realized it and brought it to my attention of the mistake I never could get anyone to return my calls or email me back. I called countless times and spoke to her and she would promise me she would have the main Dr call me back. That never happens and that’s extremely bad business practices. I plan to make a official report to the necessary board about this. That’s been 2 years ago now and I still haven’t been even contacted and it still aggravated me how they just won’t even pick up the phone to explain why they lied to me.
