This is a great place to get your dog groomed...that is if you do not have a job. They do not have great hours and are unwilling to work with you on an early drop off or late pick up...

My dog was injured there this past November. If I could give zero stars I would. They would not let me see the cameras but he was accused of trying to bite for the first time in all the years of going there and no reason as to why was given. He came home and bruising and protruding internal eye tissue was evident. The vet said it was blunt force trauma to the eye. I was not offered any explanation until the fourth communication after the pickup and after it was known that we were at the vet and what the vet was saying. Then, Heather said he had had a nosebleed. The vet said there was no indication of a nosebleed whatsoever. Even if this has been factual, why was the groom not stopped and the owner, me, called? Why was it not mentioned until after several calls post vet visit? There was no compassion or concern shown for my dog or me on this day or afterwards. We had been going there for years. The vet said we were blessed he did not lose his eyesight. Please pay a few extra dollars and take your dog elsewhere. This was the saddest of situations. I don’t want another animal to go through this.

I’ve been taking my dog to Heather for several years. It doesn’t matter what instruction I give, he always comes back looking very shaved. I would always say ‘it’s hair, it’ll grow back.’ He also never ever smelled clean, which, after having a bath, he should smell clean! I even brought my own shampoo for them to use and he came back smelling the same. I was traveling recently through El Paso, TX and found a groomer to take my dog to. The groomer did the best job on my dog ever! He not only cut my dog the way I wanted, my dog smelled clean and fresh!

Heather and her team gave my 8 year old labradoodle the worst groom he has ever received. We’ve been taking him there for years. Extremely disappointing to say the least!

My updated review. Second time in a year they did not adhere to my requests. Very simple leave his ears long his body and head hair same length DO NOT express anal glands!!!! Whoever did his cut SUCKED. They cut his ear hair they shaved his belly hair so thin and high he looks ridicules either they injured his anus by the razor they used or by squeezing is glands. He did not P*** for 2 days. Then they tried blaming it on me. This is my baby how dare you say this hair cut and his sore on his anus is my fault. XERO STARS. the owner refused to correct this or have someone apologize and accidentally texted me thinking it was a workers number. That was a d*** move!!'
