I wish I could include videos in this post. Almost every single delivery, the driver literally throws the box. Today, the driver not only threw the box, but left it in the middle of my driveway. It’s sad how careless their drivers are. I have sent several emails and talked to many people about this problem and it has not been resolved. I have many videos with proof of what is going on.

Packages delivered from this location are not delivered on time or when promised according to the tracking information they provide. There is no phone number directly to this station. Last week, a package was delivered to us in error from Covington FedEx. I brought it to the customer. That night, a package was delivered to me that was brought to a neighbor in error. Now dog food is two days late. Had I gotten it yesterday, it wouldn’t be a problem. Had I gotten it today, still no problem. Now I’m out and I had to buy a bag of food that’s not my dogs’ normal food. Doing that will hurt their stomach. I am infuriated. And the out sourced (from another country) customer service had such loud employees in the background, that I couldn’t hear the lady talking to me. She was hard to understand anyway and that background loud talking made it worse.Update: just got it in.

Apparently the driver either delivered my package to another address or stole my 230.00 item I BOUGHT and Fed Ex doesnt want to take any responsibility for their actions. Fed Ex says I have to take it up with the company I purchased the item from but what FED EX dont understand is they are yhe ones responsible for the package NOT Dillards. Id hate to call someone a theif but if the shoe fits...lace that BISH up and wear iy.

FedX is Very Expensive & does not honor their commitment and then will not give refund. I was charged $111.63 & promised next day delivery of 2 keys; but keys did not arrive for 4 days plus FedX would not give complete or partial refund. Also, FedX refused to take cash payment (which is illegal) wanted credit card. USE FedX AT YOUR OWN RISK. UPS vould have delivered at much much lower cost and much quicker…

By far the worst. We experienced a driver stealing our package. Yes, the driver!! Fraudulently signed for a package, kept the package now he or she has disappeared from the job. I’ve ordered many packages from other providers and they have all arrived at my house with no issue. Every time I’ve ordered something with FedEx, my package is delayed because they say my address is invalid. How is it that everyone else can deliver to my “invalid” address without issue?

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the absolute worst shipping company. I hope companies see this and stop using them. Or at least let the customers pick the shipping company. Lost packages, late, or damaged....unreal

Couldn't locate where the main shipping office is for FedEx in the St Tammany area. Bingo! It's this location I went in and found my item. For future reference this place is where all FedEx's distribute from in the St Tammany area

The delivery guy leaves packages out by the street at my gate. I've complained more than once and asked them not to leave packages there. It doesn't do any good.

FedEx driver ALWAYS is too lazy to get out of truck and deliver package. Always says business close. This is a residence and the driver just drives past does not stop.

I had to return a large rug I purchased. The rug was extremely heavy. When I arrived at the FedEx location they had dollies that you could use for heavy items. We managed to get the rug out of the SUV and onto the dollie. When we got to the door the rug was too wide to go through the door on the dollie. My sister and I stood the rug upright and was trying to get it through the door. The lady working behind the counter came running to our rescue. She manhandled that rug with brute strength. She put it on the counter and printed my receipt. We were extremely appreciative of her assistance. Many thanks for her superior customer service.

O stars! Seriously the worst company ever. I wish all businesses stopped using this shipper. I have 4 packages that have been "on truck out for delivery" for 3+ days. What a joke. And you can't get a customer service rep on the phone to save your life. This is nothing new. They suckkkkkkkkkkkkk so much.

I am a regular shipper. Since they are close by, I prefer to drop off. The workers are courteous and friendly.
